Black Canyon Inn has 2 beautiful event spaces! The Boulders venue can accommodate up to 200 guests and aesthetically is a modern event space with natural rock and industrial chandelier lighting. The ceremony and reception take place within the two-story building and there are large accordion opening windows for mountain views throughout your ceremony and reception. The Homestead & Wedding Pavilion Venue can accommodate up to 100 guests and has an outdoor covered Pavilion with mountain views as the ceremony space and a historic rustic cabin for the reception space. We offer an active duty military discount of 10% off our venue fee! We are grateful for your service!

    Perfect Mountain Wedding

    We chose Black Canyon Inn for our wedding and it turned out to be the perfect decision. Terisa, our coordinator, was responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. From our initial walk-through and tasting, the whole team there understood exactly what we envisioned for our day and brought it to life flawlessly. Having both our ceremony and reception in one stunning location made everything feel seamless, and the food was genuinely incredible—our guests couldn't stop talking about it. Black Canyon Inn delivered on every level, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our marriage. They even helped us find a perfect spot in town for our rehearsal dinner!

    BEST WEDDING EVER

    Not sure where to even begin! ANNA! We can’t thank you enough for ALL that you did to make our day perfect. She was the sweetest, so professional, and responsive. She even worked with me on every single details we wanted for our wedding… and there was a lot. People always say: something will go wrong on your day, and to now worry. BUT I can honestly say we have absolutely no issue or problems on my day! It was because or the staff and ANNA. It gos without saying this venue was one of the most beautiful venues, but it’s better when the staff matches the elegance of the venue! Couldn’t say a enough good things!

    So beautiful, guests are still talking about it!

    We're locals in the Boulder area and quickly learned that Estes Park is a highly sought-after wedding destination. We didn't fully grasp just how sought-after until we began our venue search. When we toured Black Canyon Inn in July 2024, we were stunned to find that our date in November 2025 was the only one left for the entire year! It’s clear that this venue is difficult to book for a very good reason. Black Canyon Inn delivers truly excellent service and provides a dedicated day-of coordinator, which was a huge relief. They do not allow outside catering, and as self-proclaimed food lovers, we were initially hesitant about this policy. However, we took a leap of faith after hearing from so many vendors that their wedding food is some of the best around—and they were absolutely right. The food was phenomenal and completely exceeded our expectations. They also have a fantastic list of recommended vendors, which helped us tremendously with our wedding planning. It gave us confidence that we were making great choices every step of the way. As we were planning, we noticed a recurring theme in the wedding community: many couples want to feel "unique" and "special," wanting a wedding that doesn't feel like anyone else's. While we understand that sentiment, our philosophy was different. We chose Black Canyon Inn precisely because they do so many weddings. We wanted a "well-oiled machine" that has the experience and expertise to handle anything that might come up. We are only having a wedding once, and we wanted a team that knows exactly what they are doing through experience. For any couples searching for a venue, our advice is this: don't let your "wow factor" come from choosing an inexperienced venue. Let it come from the special moments with your family and friends. Your wedding is always going to be unique because you are not anyone else! Black Canyon Inn provided the perfect, seamless backdrop for our day, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them.

    Absolutely amazing venue!!

    I had the BEST time working with Black Canyon Inn, specifically Haley. She was such a wonderful coordinator and was able to accommodate every single one of my requests. She carried everything out flawlessly and so many of our guests said it was such a fun day. The pricing is very fair for what you're getting (I got married 1/10/26), and I wasn't disappointed in ANYTHING. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't charge me extra for making all the food gluten free (I'm celiac), like who does that?? The bar was amazing, food was delicious, and the venue is just gorgeous. We also had our rehearsal dinner at The Homestead, and I've uploaded a pic of that since it's harder to find those online! I seriously could not recommend them enough!!

    Best wedding venue ever!

    After our wedding here a few weeks ago, I can tell you that the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn is the definition of perfection. The view is hard to beat, which was initially why we booked it so quickly without even seeing it in person. But there is so much more about a Black Canyon Inn wedding than the stunning view that made it perfect. After booking, they were always so responsive to questions we had along the way. Around 4.5 months before the wedding, we were assigned Anna as our coordinator and I could go on and on about how amazing she was. With Anna’s guidance, nailing down the final details for the wedding day felt like a breeze. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Anna’s attention to detail and the rest of the staff’s execution. And for the end of the night, we were in great hands with Gilberto. As mentioned in so many other reviews, the food was excellent. Ever since our catering tasting, we were excited for the food (particularly the appetizers!) and I know our guests loved it all as well. The venue space itself, the view, the food, and most importantly, the staff are a huge reason that we had the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend
