With two state-of-the-art electronic curtain systems, Avenir’s ballroom is a versatile space completely customizable for events of any size. EXCITING NEWS! Avenir was the perfect wedding venue for our special day. From the beginning, Meridith and the team were transparent, clear, and friendly in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-organized, creating a truly glamorous atmosphere for our wedding. Meridith went above and beyond, even helping my MOH and mom bustle my dress when it got complicated. The food was also spectacular - many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We are so grateful to Avenir for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Best wedding Venue
Our wedding at Avenir was everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, elegant, and effortlessly romantic. The ballroom feels like something out of a magazine, and the outdoor ceremony space is peaceful and tucked away, which made our day feel both intimate and special. The staff at Avenir was professional, polished, and clearly experienced. From food service to timing, everything flowed perfectly. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and how smooth the entire evening felt. Avenir truly knows how to host a wedding — they’ve mastered the details. But even with such an amazing venue, the absolute best part of our experience was Kayla, our event producer. From the moment we connected, Kayla made us feel heard. She never made us feel like just another couple or just another wedding on the calendar. She listened, truly listened, to what mattered to us and made sure it all came to life. She brought calm, confidence, and next-level organization. Every checklist, every timeline, every moving part was handled with so much care. Kayla is kind, but also real. She’s honest and direct in a way that makes you feel supported, not overwhelmed. When I wanted our ceremony outside, she didn’t hesitate. She had my back and helped make it happen without any issue. I never had to question whether she was on our side — she always was. And it wasn’t just the big things. I love crab rangoons … and I talked about it constantly. Kayla remembered. On the wedding day, she made sure the staff knew, and she made sure I got my crab rangoons. That small moment meant the world to me because it showed how much she truly paid attention to the little things that mattered to me. The wedding itself was seamless. Even when things came up behind the scenes, I didn’t find out until later. Kayla handled it all with such grace and calm that I got to be fully present on one of the most important days of our lives — and that is a gift I’ll never forget. Kayla, if you’re reading this, thank you for hearing us, for grounding us, for protecting our peace, and for giving us a day that was not only beautiful, but effortless because you were behind it all. The Best Wedding Venue!
Avenir was the perfect venue for our wedding. From start to finish, the team was quick to respond to all of our questions and help us plan our special day. Kacey, the event coordinator, was incredibly helpful and made sure every detail we wanted was executed to perfection. The venue itself was absolutely stunning - the high ceilings, beautiful decor, and amazing food all contributed to creating an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. I highly recommend having your wedding at Avenir, as the staff are extremely helpful and attentive, and the overall quality is truly amazing.

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER
From the moment we booked this place we knew we made the right choice. Kacey, our Event Producer, was PHENOMENAL from start to finish. Everything about the staff and the space was incredible. They handled everything day-of, seamlessly coordinating with our vendors, and organizing decor, timeline and tasks. The food was also fantastic, as were the desserts! Our attendants that day were super helpful and all of our guests loved the venue and the way everything flowed so effortlessly that day, truly perfect. The picture of elegance and timelessness. Highly recommend Avenir and their whole team!!

The perfect wedding!
Avenir was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, their communication was organized, professional, and incredibly responsive. The venue itself is chic, stylish, and truly luxurious - the perfect backdrop for our special day. Sydney, our event producer, made the entire process so easy and took a lot of the stress off of us. Our day of attendant Kaitlyn was also fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the night.
