314 Exchange is a gorgeous wedding venue, located in the east-end of Louisville. With the rental, you have the use of the interior and exterior space, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 120 guests. We have many optional add-ons including our 2 bedroom loft, additional table and chair rentals, bar services, set up and clean up, and more!

Incredible boutique venue!
314 Exchange was the perfect venue for our wedding dinner. The space was clean, bright, and extremely well-organized. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive to all the details, ensuring our day ran smoothly from start to finish. The value was excellent, especially considering the high-quality service and beautiful, modern setting. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day.
