Rania
Working with Rania from Weddings by Rania was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She had a gift for remembering all the small details throughout the planning process and kept everyone connected—from our bridal party to our vendors—so we all stayed on the same page leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, Rania was present for every moment and went beyond what we even asked of her, handling things like fixing my veil and taking care of tasks that weren't technically part of her job description. Her attentiveness to our needs made everything feel effortless, and having her there gave us peace of mind to actually enjoy the day. If you want someone who will truly care about making your wedding run smoothly while also sweating the small stuff, Rania is your person. We can't recommend her enough!

Such a huge help!
Working with Rania was such a great experience. From the very beginning, she was responsive, attentive, and really helpful throughout the planning process, which made everything feel so much less overwhelming. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could just enjoy the moment. We felt completely taken care of the entire time. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special.

Amazing Day of Coordinator
My day-of coordinator was wonderful to work with. Rania is very sweet and reasonably priced. She stayed on top of the schedule all day and handled any discrepancies with the venue with professionalism and ease. She arrived ready to jump in anywhere we needed help. She especially helped immensely with set up and break down of my event and personal items. Additionally, knowing she was taking care of everything behind the scenes gave me so much peace of mind and helped me feel a lot less stressed. I truly appreciated her support and would definitely recommend her!

Would NOT recommend
Typically, it is not my forte to leave a bad review on a small business owner or a small business account. But I’m being very transparent as I was highly disappointed with this coordinator services on the day prior to my wedding. I had a brief 5 to 10 minute conversation with a coordinator in regards to decorations planning, etc. she requested payment. I promptly gave that to her, and then the conversation was ended after a few questions were answered. We did share a Google Drive which I was able to upload photos and specifics on details that I wanted for the day. Several of these things did not go through. I had to inform my coordinator on how I wanted to things set up while I was trying to take photos with my photographer after my ceremony was over. She interrupted me several times. I had several complaints from family members, bridesmaids, etc., including my own husband who said he was so disappointed with her services. Multiple groomsmen had reported that she was lounging in the groom, suite while she should be assisting me with changing my dress changing music, organizing the day of. She doesn’t have a high priced rate, but you will get what you pay for in other words would not recommend. I had discussed with the coordinator that I needed her to be at the venue at 12 PM when they open to begin decorating I arrived at the venue at 4 PM to half the decor still in boxes and many of my items scattered throughout the venue. She did not have a team and my own family had to jump in and get things complete. Unfortunately, my experience with our wedding coordinator was very disappointing. While planning a wedding is already stressful, I hired a coordinator specifically to help ensure the day ran smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. On the day of the wedding, there were multiple issues with organization, communication, and overall coordination. Several scheduled elements of the timeline were delayed or not managed properly, and there was little guidance provided to vendors or the wedding party when things began to fall behind. As a result, my partner and I ended up dealing with problems ourselves on a day when we should have been able to focus on enjoying the moment. In addition, communication leading up to the wedding was inconsistent, and some details we had discussed previously were either overlooked or not executed as planned. It felt like the level of preparation and attentiveness we expected simply wasn’t there. A wedding coordinator plays a huge role in keeping things organized and reducing stress for the couple. Unfortunately, in our case, the lack of coordination created more stress instead of relieving it. I’m sharing this review so future couples can make an informed decision. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.

My goal is always to help couples feel supported and enjoy their wedding day as smoothly as possible. For clarity for future couples reading this review, the coordination package booked included 10 hours of coverage beginning at 2:00 PM, which was the agreed start time in our contract. As discussed when booking, I provide services as a solo coordinator, assisting with décor placement, vendor communication, and other logistical needs within the scheduled coverage window. Leading up to the wedding, I provided both a month-out meeting and a week-of meeting, along with ongoing communication and a shared planning document to organize details for the day. On the wedding day, I followed the timeline provided by the couple and checked in throughout the event with time reminders and questions so vendors and family members would not need to interrupt you. Some additional setup requests on the day of the wedding, including assembling and arranging florals, required significantly more time than anticipated. Floral design and arrangement are typically handled by a florist or dedicated décor team, so I worked to prioritize as many setup items as possible while keeping the event running smoothly. At the end of the evening, once cleanup and packing of décor items were completed, I checked in to confirm there was nothing further needed and remained in a location where I could stay available to assist if needed, without interrupting the celebration. As a newer coordinator, I am always learning and working to improve my processes. I wish I had known during or immediately after the wedding that you were unhappy, so I could have addressed any concerns in real time. Feedback like this is very helpful in refining my services for future couples. I truly care about every couple I work with and appreciate all feedback. I wish you and your husband the very best as you begin your marriage together.

Day of Coordinator
We hired Rania to help with day of coordination and she did amazing. She always had clear communication with me prior to the wedding and requested all my vendor info, timelines, and any decor info that needed setting up. She was such a big help with our rehearsal and timeline creation as I wouldn’t have known where to start. The day of she showed up and went straight to handling all the vendors and decor. As the bride I was a ball of nerves but Rania took care of everything so that I could focus on my big day. You definitely want her on your team for your wedding, she’ll keep you on track and will help ease any pressure you’re feeling.
