From vendor and budget advice and management, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. Your planner will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process. | Design as a stand-alone service is for clients who want a beautiful wedding but don’t need assistance with the logistical aspects of the planning process. With this service, we’ll monitor everything design-related, including being there on the wedding day to make sure all of your dreamy designs come to life exactly as you imagined. This service is perfect for a client who is getting married at a full-service venue. | Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle. |

Coordinators Dedicated to Making Your Day Perfect
We are very happy with the services provided by Voltaire Luxe Co. for our Nigerian and American weddings (300 people)! From the moment we brought them on board just 90 days before our big day, they started transforming our vision into reality with a level of professionalism and grace that exceeded our expectations. Our package included one main coordinator to help us with pre-wedding details and two additional coordinators on the wedding day itself. Our main coordinator worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was meticulously planned, offering invaluable advice and seamless coordination. Their experience and strong network of vendors allowed us to make last-minute requests with ease, which was a huge relief during the final stretch of planning - HUGE. On the day of the wedding, Voltaire Luxe Co. brought their A-game. They had one coordinator managing the wedding and reception venue, another dedicated to the groomsmen, and a third focused on the bridesmaids and me. Despite the complexity of coordinating a large wedding party of around 20 people, things went well. The one area of improvement they could make is making sure the coordinator assigned to the groomsmen is as assertive as he needs to be in order to communicate expectations - especially with large bridal parties. However, it is hard to coordinate such a large group, so we understand. Nonetheless, they kept the event on schedule and handled every hiccup that came their way with calm professionalism and a reassuring presence. What truly set them apart was their ability to resolve issues that went beyond the usual scope of their role. Their resourcefulness and commitment to ensuring our day was perfect was evident throughout. Whether it was a last-minute vendor request or a logistical challenge, they tackled every issue with a positive attitude and quick thinking. Thanks to Voltaire Luxe Co., our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more. Their expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional service made a world of difference, and we couldn't be more grateful.
