On your wedding day, I am personally on site managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment. For larger weddings, I bring trusted assistants from my professional network to help execute the day seamlessly. My goal is to give you a calm, organized, beautifully coordinated wedding day.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day?

No. I intentionally limit the number of weddings I accept so each couple receives my full attention. Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and I believe it deserves a planner who is fully focused on your day. When you book Tenacious Events by Tanja, your date is reserved exclusively for you so I can dedicate my time to managing your timeline, coordinating vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Do you plan other events like rehearsal dinners or showers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to wedding planning and coordination, I can also assist with rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal showers, and other wedding-related celebrations. Many couples appreciate having one planner oversee multiple events so everything feels cohesive and organized. I’m happy to discuss your full wedding weekend and help create a seamless experience for you and your guests.

How much time will we spend working together?

Every wedding is different, but I stay closely connected with my couples throughout the planning process. Leading up to your wedding, we’ll communicate through meetings, emails, and planning check-ins to finalize details and timelines. As the wedding approaches, communication becomes more frequent to ensure everything is organized and prepared so your day runs smoothly. (I really do put limitations on your questions or time you desire)

The best way to get started is to send a message through Zola to schedule a consultation. We’ll talk about your wedding plans, answer any questions, and see how I can support you in creating a smooth and memorable celebration. Wedding dates fill quickly, so I recommend reaching out as soon as possible. Paying the deposit reserves your date. I send your agreement showing paid in full after.
