Dream Wedding Planner
This woman is a godsend — detail-oriented, a hard worker, and fun, we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we booked Stephanie, she lifted every wedding burden, no matter how great or small, off our very stressed shoulders. We had been planning a 120-person wedding since early 2019, and when COVID-19 struck, it became apparent we would have to pivot in a major way. Still hoping for the best, we only started re-planning in earnest two months before the date (shame on us) and nearly everything changed--guest list, venue, caterer, rentals....and with every bump in the road, Stephanie was there, working nights and weekends, emailing us into the wee hours and texting with us on what should have been her days off, because she cares so much. And on days where we felt overwhelmed, she was all too happy to take the reins for a bit and continue working behind the scenes while we rested. (The surprising thing about small weddings is that they are just as much work to plan as a large wedding, even if they come in a smaller package. COVID complicated this many times over, too.) Her work ethic is second to none, and her people skills are incredible. When vendors didn’t communicate quickly enough, Stephanie made sure to follow up, oh-so-politely. When we had trouble booking one caterer, she had three different options for us in her back pocket. Stephanie gently guided us when we needed things like a makeup artist, or signs, or lighting diagrams, and she was always there to offer her help and expertise when we had questions. When things went wrong (because no matter how hard you work to get it right, there are so many moving pieces that it's inevitable), she handled them, and let us know after the fact when it wouldn’t be as stressful. She is so proactive and organized that we didn’t even know there had been last-minute rolling blackouts on the day of the wedding, until after they were over. It was a dream walking into our venue that day—Steph and I had put so much work into finding the perfect linens, table settings, and decor, and her team absolutely nailed it. She also did a great job helping us brainstorm and execute some creative social distancing and hygiene measures to keep everyone safe--a necessity when you have a 94-year-old grandmother. Not only is she an amazing planner and coordinator, but we have made a friend for life, as Stephanie is vivacious and positive, shares our love of Tahoe and the outdoors, and is so much fun to be around. Thank you, Stephanie, for helping us plan an incredible wedding in two months. We know you put in countless hours and probably lost some sleep, but it was so much sweeter than the pre-pandemic wedding we had thought we would have. Because of you, we had our dream wedding, and we are forever grateful!

Best Wedding Planner!
A Truly Exceptional Wedding Planner! From the very beginning, working with Stephanie felt like having a close friend by our side throughout the entire wedding planning journey. Her personal touch, genuine care, and unwavering support made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. Communication was consistently excellent — whether it was through calls, texts, or emails, we were always in the loop and never felt out of touch. We especially appreciated how available Stephanie was, joining us for in-person meetings (even going out of her way to meet with us in person in the Bay Area) and going above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. It was clear that she was fully invested in making sure we felt supported every step of the way. One of the things we loved most was how Stephanie broke down the planning process into manageable chunks. Every question we had, no matter how big or small, was answered with patience and clarity. She did everything she could to help us not get overwhelmed and that we understood each decision we were making. Even though wedding planning can get overwhelming at times, she was there to help us navigate our thoughts and settle our minds. You'll Be Glad You Hired Stephanie!
Our goal for our wedding was to be able to fully enjoy celebrating with our friends and family without worrying about anything, and Stephanie made that happen. She was on top of everything, always available, and quick to respond, and it genuinely felt like we were on the same wavelength throughout the entire planning process. As a conflict-averse bride, it was a relief having Stephanie in my corner to advocate for us when a vendor presented options we didn’t love or when there were too many familial opinions flying around. She listened closely to our vision and, with her years of experience, offered thoughtful guidance on how to bring our ideas to life. Stephanie oversaw every single tiny detail and effortlessly rolled with our last-minute changes. Even with other events going on, it always felt like we were a priority, and her genuine care for us made all the difference. Amazing Planner
To say working with Stephanie was amazing, would be an understatement. My husband and I got engaged in late December 2024 and we hired Stephanie January 2025 to plan our Lake Tahoe October 2025 wedding. From the moment we first made contact with Stephanie, she was completely committed to helping us create our special day. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted our wedding day to look and Stephanie delivered beyond what I could have imagined. Her attention to detail is uncanny. The minutia was just as important as the grand events of the day. I consider myself to be an organized person, but Stephanie's organization is next level. I was definitely a "type A" or "needy" bride and continually checked in with Stephanie about details/schedules/vendors/etc., and sometimes even jumped the gun on planning details. Not once did Stephanie make me feel bad about my nervous energy or impulsive decisions, but rather reassured me of the planning process and reminded me that whatever I wanted she was going to help me get it; whether it was a specific vendor or design detail. She was always available to answer my emails or texts all while meeting the needs of her other brides, and that is something I greatly appreciated. The weeks leading up to your wedding day become hectic and overwhelming at times, but that's where Stephanie shines. She took care of every detail imaginable-and I mean EVERY DETAIL. She help relieved the pressure off my husband and I, which allowed us to enjoy and revel in the excitement of the coming day. On our wedding day, she worked endlessly to make sure every aspect was perfect and exactly how we wanted it, all while still finding the time to physically check in with both myself and husband while we were getting ready for the day. Even throughout the afternoon and evening, if my husband or I needed something she would magically appear, despite continuing to juggle the events of the evening. Stephanie is the type of planner, and person, who gives 100% of herself to her couples and that is an aspect of a planner that money can't buy. She cares deeply about helping you achieve the wedding day of your dreams, and she certainly did just that, and more for us. Choosing Stephanie to plan our wedding day was the best decision we could have made and I will forever be thankful for her and the day she created for my husband and I. Highly Recommend: Organized, Inclusive, and Kind!
We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Stephanie! From the very beginning, she was kind, inclusive, and thoughtful—not just with us, but with every single person involved in our wedding planning process. We had a lot of friends and family members playing roles throughout the weekend, which certainly added complexity, and she made the effort to meet with them all, ensuring everyone felt included, informed, and aligned. It made a huge difference and created a true sense of shared joy around our wedding. She was also incredibly methodical and organized in her approach. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but she helped us move forward step-by-step and she struck the perfect balance between giving us structure and allowing us to enjoy the process. On the actual wedding day (and throughout the weekend), everything ran seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment—because she had absolutely everything handled behind the scenes. We will always remember her car packed to the gills, helping us to transfer stuff to and from our venue.
