Hello! We're Caitlin and Jadyn, the founders of Seamlessly Simple Events, and we're here to turn your wedding dreams into reality! We seen a need for affordable event planning in our area and decided to fix that! We believe every bride deserves to savor every moment of her special day, stress-free, regardless of budget

We both have a love for weddings and helping people make their dream a reality. Even though we coordinate a lot of weddings each one is so special to use and we genuinely want it to be the stress free for everyone involved. We want event planning to be accessible for everyone no matter the budget because everyone deserves to be stress free on their special day!

Description	Our partial planning service helps couples who have started planning but want expert guidance to pull it all together. We refine your vision, assist with vendor coordination, review contracts, and finalize logistics. This package also includes everything in our day-of coordination service, ensuring a seamless, stress-free wedding from planning through execution.	Our day-of-coordination package includes • Two coordinators onsite for your special day • 1 planning call (1 month before the wedding) • 1 hour of rehearsal coordination •Vendor confirmation and communication the week of •Set up oversight • Custom timeline creation •Emergency kit on hand • Up to 10 hours of full wedding day management	We offer decor setup and breakdown and unlimited planning calls at an additional cost. We also offer custom timeline creation only for couples who don’t need full services but still want their day to be seamless!

Better than I could’ve imagined
Seamlessly Simple Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. My stress free dream
Seamlessly Simple Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very first meeting, Jadyn and Caitlin were incredibly helpful, communicative, and always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. They truly went above and beyond, fixing any potential issues before they even became problems. We could tell they genuinely cared about making our wedding day special and stress-free. On the day of, I didn't have to worry about a single thing - Jadyn and Caitlin had everything under control, even managing our guests so I wasn't bombarded with questions. Their hardworking and attentive nature ensured our wedding day was exactly how we envisioned it. We are so grateful to Seamlessly Simple Events for making our special day perfect.

My partner and I attend all weddings together. Having one person by your side making sure everything is seamless is great but two? We can tackle anything that comes our way! We also have additional team members that can assist in set up and breakdown for an additional cost.

Initially we will schedule a consultation call that is usually 30 minutes to help us understand your vision for your wedding and what you are looking for in a coordinator. Then you will receive a welcome email with our contract and forms for us to get to know you better. We will always be available through email and text if you have any questions . 1 month before your wedding we will have a planning call which is usually an hour and half to two hours, to confirm details and finalize your vision. We are also present for 1 hour of your rehearsal. The day of your event we are there from beginning to end!

No! We like to give our couples our undivided attention, we do not schedule more than one wedding in a day. Even though we are a team of two we believe that for a truly seamless wedding we need to be able to be in two places at once which is only possible with two onsite coordinators!

We can absolutely help you or completely plan your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, etc. This service is not currently apart of our packages but can be added on to any package for an additional cost!

We specialize in seamless day-of coordination, supporting multiple weddings with a focus on elevated execution and attention to detail. From managing timelines and vendor flow to overseeing setup and guest guidance, we ensure every element comes together effortlessly. Our experience ranges from intimate celebrations to more detailed, design-forward events, and we thrive in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key. We’re known for creating a calm, stress-free experience for both our couples and their vendors—allowing our clients to be fully present while we handle every detail behind the scenes.
