    Private home on Lake Placid

    Planning a destination wedding in Lake Placid sounded dreamy until we realized how many details go into a private estate event. Elexis was the solution. She is direct, organized, and incredibly experienced in this market, and she handled everything from vendor coordination to rentals, timelines, and on-site management with zero drama. Our wedding was summer 2025 with 55 guests at a family property on Lake Placid, and the entire weekend felt seamless. We felt supported the whole way through, and on the day of, we were able to relax and be present. We cannot recommend Placid Planner enough.

    We eloped in Lake Placid with a small group of people this summer and hiring Placid Planner was the best decision we made. Elexis handled every detail.     the local knowledge we needed for Lake Placid

    Planning a destination wedding in Lake Placid was overwhelming at first, especially since we live out of state and our venue’s staff was slow to respond and offered very limited details. We found Placid Planner after realizing we needed someone local who truly knew the area and could communicate directly with our venue. Working with Elexis made all the difference.
