Hi I'm Evelyn – the Owner & Lead Event Planner for Ouray Mtn Events. We are a locally owned family business dedicated to creating memorable events for all those who visit our cozy mountain getaway. I have been in the event planning industry for 3+ years, and having grown up in Ouray, I can provide the inside scoop.

Our goal is to give YOU the guest experience, even at their own event! We do the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your day rather than stress over the details. We are here to help for all of life’s events, whether that be weddings, soirees, milestone celebrations, or even corporate events. Planning an event can be overwhelming at the best of times, our aim is to help in every way possible to ease that stress.

    Best Bar Mitzvah!

    I know this site is for weddings, but Evelyn was amazing to work with for my sons Bar Mitzvah! It was a super fun night. Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Switching downstairs was seamless, and a perfect landing spot for late night middle school shenanigans.  Guests were impressed with the facilities and vibe. :-) - Jill
