We believe your wedding planning journey should be just as magical as your big day. When you work with us, you’ll collaborate directly with Karina, the owner, who will guide you through every step of the planning process with expertise, creativity, and a passion for bringing your vision to life. We take a team-oriented, collaborative approach, working closely with all of your wedding vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
As a year round, on island resident, we know the unique requirements this island has. In addition, my personal experience previously working for a caterer, wedding venue and freelancing for florists and photographers on the side give me greater understanding of what each vendor needs to succeed. With a team approach on a wedding weekend we create an unforgettable experience for the couple and their guests allowing each vendor to shine!

| Description | We offer a set cost, tiered planning fee based on overall spend. We find these tiers, starting at up to 350k total spend, are in line with overall increased production requirements. When compared to percentage based fees this means you arent paying more money because of you have peonies vs roses but a significant increase in either number of events or production design. |

More than a wedding planner!
Karina was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. Her communication style is easygoing, friendly, and incredibly attentive—you always feel heard, supported, and completely at ease throughout the process. Her work is exceptionally detailed and thorough, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about her couples and their experience. Nothing slips through the cracks, and every decision feels intentional and well thought out. One of the most impressive examples of her dedication was when we decided to move our wedding up by a full day to take advantage of a perfect blue-sky forecast. Karina truly moved heaven and earth to make it happen, handling all the logistics seamlessly and without a hint of stress on our end.
