Outstanding Experience Working With Maya
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maya in the past, and she is truly exceptional at what she does. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and consistently one step ahead in every part of the planning process. Maya really takes the time to understand her couples, which makes her support feel so personalized and intentional. She was calm, communicative, and fully on top of everything. Maya is exactly the kind of planner every coordinator loves to work with.

Highly recommended Wedding Planning Services!
Maya from MadeFor Studios was incredible from the start to end of the wedding planning process. She is a pro with dozens of weddings under her belt and can estimate budgets, timelines, and necessary volumes of food/drinks/decor/etc. for your wedding to the t. She was priceless during the wedding itself, setting up our decor, helping flip the space from ceremony to dinner, tackling mishaps, ensuring timeline adherence, and coordinating moving pieces. She brings a can-do attitude to your planning process and will ensure things go off without a hitch. Our wedding was incredible, much of which is due to her effort, dedication, and quality of service, and we are so grateful to have worked with her!!!

Maya was very knowledgeable of venues in the area and able to tailor that to our vision for our wedding. She established a great relationship with the chosen venue. She was resourceful and diligent at handling communication, contracts, and schedules which made the whole experience much easier. On the day of our event she was on top of every detail and so helpful!

From the moment we booked MadeFor Studios as our wedding planner, their communication and organization was top-notch. They were extremely prompt in responding to all of our questions and were clearly very knowledgeable about the wedding planning process. Maya gave us a wealth of resources from the get-go to get ahead of the game with booking vendors, especially ones that typically book up faster. Throughout the planning, she was incredibly thorough and detailed in her work, coordinating all of our vendors and keeping them on schedule. She sent us payment and deadline reminders and even handled tipping vendors on the day of our wedding so we had one less thing to worry about. On the day of the wedding, she seamlessly handled the timeline and even pushed back on a vendor who tried to charge an extra fee after the fact, which she got removed. We are so grateful to MadeFor Studios for making our special day run so smoothly and for their incredible attention to every little detail.

I am a coordinator at Black Canyon Inn, and had the pleasure to work with Maya. Maya had great communication, was always on top of everything, and was just so sweet throughout the entire process. Maya was incredibly detail-oriented and followed the timeline flawlessly, ensuring everything ran smoothly on the big day. Maya always there when myself or the couple needed them, and truly contributed to making their special day perfect.

You’ll work directly with our Event Director, Maya Kapur, as well as our trusted network of vendors, who will be with you throughout the entire planning process.

No, we believe in getting to know our clients and their vision. To successfully execute your day, we require a minimum of six weeks of preparation to get to know our couples, do a walkthrough of the venue, communicate with vendors, create a timeline, and help our clients  tie up loose ends.
