Hey there! My name is Macy, and I have a fiery passion for supporting couples in having a smooth, tranquil wedding day. I have so much to offer from personal support, to bringing my home-made emergency kit which has up to 70 items! If someone forgot the vow books, don't worry, I have extra's! You're nervous about the processional and lining everyone up, let me take care of that for you! If you're anxious about who will greet and guide vendors as they arrive, I'm your girl! My goal is to give you peace of mind and to know that I will do anything in my power to make your day perfect.

As a wedding coordinator it is crucial to be comfortable ushering guest's, and to have a calm, collected demeanor throughout. I thrive specifically in social environments and I love making connections while guiding guests through the day so that it feels, seamless. I stand apart from other coordinators because I show up on the wedding day organized, prepared and ready to give guidance and direction. I also take pride in being the "ultimate hype girl"!

This package includes me coming into the planning process 3 months before the wedding and supporting you with final decisions and vendor communication. I will use my experience in the industry to make sure we have solidified the details, and logistics to make all events throughout the day perfect. This also includes day of coordination services on the wedding day and rehearsal day guidance.

This package includes coming into the planning process 1 month before the wedding day to create a custom timeline and help with small, last minute details to ensure a smooth day. You planned the wedding and put in all of that amazing hard work, and then I can come and execute it for you! This also includes rehearsal day guidance.

    A wedding day necessity!

    When we started planning our wedding we didn’t really know what we were getting into. But I realized quickly that I didn’t want to be answering questions or solving problems on the big day. That’s where Macy came in! We connected with her and immediately we knew she would bring the best energy and organizational skills to the lead up to our big day and the day itself. Not only did Macy help us create the perfect timeline (which I didn’t even know we needed!) she connected with all of our vendors so that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day she was calm, cool, collected but kept us on time and things running smoothly. When we had an issue with the venue she handled it seamlessly. Our wedding was at a large expansive venue and her husband even acted as our driver!! Overall she went above and beyond to make sure things were just right for us. If you’re planning a wedding and looking for a planner or day of coordinator I can’t recommend her enough!!!

    You NEED Macy on your big day!

    Skeptical about needing a day of coordinator in the first place I just reached out to Macy to get a grasp of what her services would consist of. From that first phone conversation I knew that I wanted to hire her. She genuinely CARES she wants nothing more than your day to go as smoothly as possible and realistically she knows things will come up but guess what she has solutions to it all! Our timeline was seamless, Macy made it so I did not worry about a single thing. She’s a professional and loves seeing your dream become reality oh and the best hype girl you could ask for!

    Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

    I worked with Macy as a photographer for the wedding that she coordinated. Let me just say, it was phenomenal working with her. She was on top of everything, and made the day flow nice and easy. I was able to go to her with ALL of my questions, and she was always willing to answer them or go running around looking for the answer. It was also very helpful having someone on hand to help coordinate all the family photos as well as an extra hand in helping with the couple’s photos (like holding the veil). She’s super extroverted, fun, and easy to work with. She. Brings. The. Vibes. If you’re looking for a stress-free wedding experience, Macy is your gal. I am very grateful to have gotten to work with her - I can’t say enough.
