I’ve had the privilege of turning life’s most meaningful moments into beautifully orchestrated celebrations. As a wedding and event planner, I truly believe every detail tells a story — from our very first conversation to the final toast of the evening. This package includes: Vendor recommendations and coordination Timeline creation and management Assistance with design, décor, and logistics. Guidance on guest count and budget management. On-call support leading up to your wedding day. Pricing for the Partial Planning Package start at $4,500 depending on your needs, guest count, and the level of detail you’d like included. Partial planning can be 6 or 3 months out and pricing may vary depending.

I offer day-of, month-of, and three-month wedding coordination to ensure every detail is handled with care. My packages start at $2500 – $3,500, tailored to your needs, guest count, and the level of detail you want for your celebration.

    Our go-to for Edible Magazine events

    I’ve worked with LouLou Events going on about ten times now, both personally (for friends and family gatherings), as well as professionally (we at Edible Magazine hire her for both her food styling, and event production). I'm not only in awe of her style and the aesthetic she brings to any event or setup; I also appreciate her work ethic and processes. She’s quick and efficient in her responses (a dream for my type-A personality), is dependable, and has an unmatched eye for design. Everything, I mean everything, she creates is beautiful. The events always feel special and thoughtfully done. They leave a lasting impression on guests -- it is exactly what I hope for. Over time I’ve relied on her for all kinds of needs, from production and food styling for various magazine shoots; event management for gatherings; tablescape design for a cookbook party; food setups for long shoot days.     the best!

    I had the absolute pleasure of working with LouLou as a month of coordinator for my wedding, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. From start to finish, LouLou was amazing to work with. She was super easy to communicate with, prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns and even checked in on me periodically to see how I was doing and where my stress level was at, which I really appreciated :). LouLou was really well organized, and this was evident throughout the entire planning process but especially over our wedding weekend as she made sure every detail was covered/handled. What truly set LouLou apart was her incredible ability to roll with the punches and keep a calm and fun demeanor that helped keep me at ease and really took a lot of stress off of me in terms of worrying about event logistics. I had a lot of trust in her that things would go well and really didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding because I knew we were in good hands, and I think that’s the best thing you can ask for as a bride! Beyond her skills, LouLou is just a great person to work with and made wedding planning with her feel more like I was working with a friend than a business person, which I loved. Her positive energy and fun-loving nature made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free for me. Bonus is that her grazing boards are also amazing so she is a double-threat when it comes to her offerings! If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only skilled but also an absolute delight to work with, LouLou is your girl!     Down to the smallest detail

    LouLou Events was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was responsive and down to earth - they asked all the questions I didn't know I needed to ask! Extremely detailed and dedicated to ensuring you and your event are well taken care of. Lou Lou knows the industry inside and out, and they delivered on everything that was discussed. Our wedding day was perfect, and LouLou made sure we had no worries so we could focus on celebrating with our family and friends. It was truly a magical day, and I'm so thankful to have had LouLou Events as our wedding planners.

    Perfection!

    I can’t recommend LouLou Events enough! We catered a grazing cheeseboard for our engagement party and it exceeded all my expectations. It was the perfect centerpiece and was so delicious! Our friends are still talking about it. Thank you again for helping make our evening so special.
