Jaimie’s communication style was collaborative, honest, timely, knowledgeable, and clear throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value they provided was diligent, communicative, productive, efficient, meticulous, and flexible. Jaimie was so amazing not just on our special day, but the months leading up to it. When I had questions or requests, she would email me back extremely quickly. I never had to worry about going more than a day without a response. She was easy to talk to, understanding, very knowledgeable, and insanely helpful with everything. In most cases I will do planning for 1 wedding per weekend.

For coordinating needs you can expect us to start having conversations 3 months prior and have monthly, then weekly check ins. For full service planning our conversations start about 12 months prior with monthly check ins till we get closer to then we would move to weekly check ins.

Jaimie Briceno Wedding Coordination is owner-led, so you'll be working directly with me throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. for larger events or more complex timelines, I may bring in additional trusted coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly, but I'll always be your main point of contact.

Yes! I'm happy to travel outside of Upstate NY for wedding coordination. Travel fees may apply deepening on the location and logistics, and I'll always review any additional cost with you upfront so there are no surprises.

With over 10 years experience in working directly in weddings & events as catering and events sales manager, I bring the behind the scenes understanding of how weddings truly operate. My background includes 15-20 years in food & beverage hospitality, along with extensive management experience in restaurant and resort settings. My hands on experience allows me to anticipate challenges before the arise, communicate seamlessly with venues and vendors, manage timelines with precision and ensure guest experience is just as thoughtfully executed as the couple's vison.
