Working out of Lombard, IL, I am a type A planner from the very center of my heart. I love lists, schedules, budgets, and all things organized. Weddings are my passion because they involve so much coordinated detail in every phase of the day from start to finish. I love to see my client's vision for their special day come together with every check off the to do list. I have been coordinating weddings since early 2018, but have been networking in the industry for several years now. I love working with all of the gorgeous venues we have here in the suburbs of Chicago and can't wait to get started planning your dream wedding.

I like to pride myself on my positive attitude, calm, collected demeanor, and budget conscious spirit. I can work with any budget to create a vision you will love and I carry out that vision as a team player with the rest of your vendors because we are in fact a team together to bring your dream to life.

    Best Coordinator Ever!!!

    Bre was everything you will ever need in a coordinator. From helping us decide how to walk down the aisle, to making sure our decor vision came to life, to even going all the way back to the hotel to pick up my vows when I forgot them the morning of my wedding. We could not have been happier with our choice to have Bre run the most important day of our lives. We cannot thank her enough for her unwavering support and determination in making sure we had the perfect wedding day. If you need a coordinator, this is 100% who you need to pick!!

    BreAnn is the best decision ever!

    Choosing BreAnn was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Even though we had her 'month of coordination' package, she still had a couple of design meetings with us where she helped us walk through all the details. We talked through everything from our DIY décor to items we needed to coordinate with vendors, and those meetings helped us stay organized and ahead of schedule so nothing felt rushed as the wedding got closer. She also attended our final venue walkthrough, which was incredibly helpful. She caught little details we hadn’t thought of and offered great suggestions when we were deciding between ideas. Having her experience and perspective there gave us so much confidence that everything would come together. However, where BreAnn truly shines is on the wedding day itself. She handled the setup of all my DIY décor flawlessly and coordinated every vendor. Not a single vendor had to ask me a question the entire day! Even with a literal snowstorm happening, we somehow stayed perfectly on schedule and even ahead of schedule at times. I’m a very Type A person and I fully expected to feel stressed or want to jump in and manage things myself. Instead, I had the most relaxed day imaginable, all things considered. I was honestly in total bliss, completely unaware of all the work happening behind the scenes or any potential issues because BreAnn had everything handled. She also ran our rehearsal like an absolute pro, which is no small feat when a wedding party can feel like corralling a group of children! At the rehearsal she even took a bunch of my décor and items so I didn’t have to worry about transporting them the morning of the wedding. At the end of the night, she managed the teardown and made sure everything that belonged to me made it back safely with either me or my mom. She even distributed my thank-you cards and tips to the other vendors so that was one less thing I had to think about. Because of BreAnn, I was able to truly enjoy every second of our wedding day and just be present. I got to let my hair down and celebrate without worrying about a single thing. I can’t recommend her enough to any couple looking for someone who will handle the details and make the day run seamlessly.

    BreAnn was an absolute dream to work with! I had no idea what we were getting into when it came to planning a wedding, but BreAnn made the process seamless. She is beyond patient, calm, and gave us great advice and recommendations in the months leading up to our wedding. When it came to the month of our wedding, she was so helpful in guiding us with the final decisions and organizing the final timeline for our day. She handled so many details the day of and was a huge help in communicating with our vendors. Her assistant Lauren was also so helpful and organized! We cannot recommend BreAnn and her team enough.

    The BEST planner in Chicago!

    As a fellow wedding pro for over 15 years you can say we've worked with a planner or two in our time. :-) BreAnn and her team are truly incredible to work with! Each time we get to pair up it's truly a dream team! BreAnn is so organized, communicative and calm - which is an important one.
