I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all formula for weddings. Your relationship is unique, and your wedding should reflect that! That's why Golden Day Wedding Co offers a completely customizable planning/coordination packages. I want to hear your wedding day vision and work with you to identify specific needs. Maybe you want a vintage popcorn machine or you're looking to include your pets in the ceremony. Or maybe you want to book a live band and DIY your floral decor. Whatever ideas you may have, I want to work with you to make your wedding as amazing as you've imagined!

I first became interested in the wedding industry after planning my own in 2023. Everyone warned me it would be a long year of researching, organizing, re-organizing, and planning. I had the opposite experience and ended up really enjoying the process! With a background in planning corporate charity events, I was able to quickly pick up on the logistical side of wedding planning. In 2024, I officially jumped in and started learning the ins and outs of the wedding industry. Since then, I've become passionate about finding ways to bring my couples unique wedding visions to life!

Absolute miracle worker
We did it! And despite my best efforts, it was a beautiful well put together wedding. Kacie was an absolute miracle worker. She somehow turned the ADHD pile of decor and ideas I handed to her that morning and made something beautiful and cohesive. She kept things running smoothly and I was able to enjoy my day. She was a fast reliable communicator, helped me build a time line, and helped me feel confident that things would work out. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it! 100% worth it. And I cannot recommend Kacie enough. She will make your day wonderful

What a fantastic coordinator!
Kacie is wonderful! She took our vision and brought it to life better than I ever expected. She was so prepared for anything that happened on our wedding day, so professional, and worked very hard to make my life as easy and seamless as possible. We were so impressed by her going above and beyond to make it the perfect night. No matter how big or small your wedding is, having a day of coordinator is so worth it so you can just enjoy the day. Make the day a breeze!
Kacie did a great job for our wedding! We’re a couple with 1000 questions & Kacie always helped with a positive attitude! She was very responsive via email & text. She went above and beyond the day of & we appreciated it very much. She was very punctual with time as well! Helped deal with vendors. Also setup for us & made our vision come to life. We both thank you very much!

Couldn’t have done it without her!
I’m so thankful we found Golden Day Wedding Co. during the beginning steps of our wedding planning. Kacie met with us and right away was very helpful and had lots of tips and tricks on how to make the day go as smooth as possible. Kacie is super friendly and had great communication leading up to the day, which let me rest easy that everything would go according to plan! As any bride knows, the wedding day can be a bit stressful, but Kacie was so sweet and very good at calming me down lol. Kacie was the one making sure we sat down and ate, cut the cake, and got everyone set up for the send off! Truly, I don’t know how we would have been able to time and pull everything off without her!

After working in corporate event coordination for years, I made the switch to weddings in early 2024. Since then I've coordinated 10 weddings—each memorable in their own way! From events with 200+ guest counts to more intimate gatherings, I was lucky to experience a wide variety of weddings in my first year. I've come to appreciate the uniqueness of each wedding, and I love seeing my couples personalities shine through on their big day. I understand that every wedding is different and will present different challenges and I'm ready to work with you to pinpoint the specific coordination needs for your dream day!

Yes! My day-of coordination package includes an on-site ceremony run-through with you and your wedding party. Before the big day, we will make sure everyone is on the same page for standing order, music cues, etc. If you're looking for more help in coordinating the rehearsal dinner vendors, timeline, and decor, this can be added to your coordination package for an additional fee.

I'd love to! I've compiled a list of local vendors who I've personally worked with and trust. If you can't find what you're looking for there, I'd be happy to help you research additional options that fit your budget and needs.

Yes! I've coordinated weddings at Airbnb's, state parks, and even my couples homes. I have experience solving logistical issues that non-traditional venues present, such as parking space, garbage collection, and food preparation, and I'd love to help make your venue of choice run smoothly too!

Events within 25 miles of my office in Tigard are included, after that it's $1/mile. I've found that most Portland wedding venues are within this range!
