Why you need a coordination team for your wedding
At the start of the wedding planning, we know that we will need a coordinator who will not only execute our wedding day to how we would imagine it but also be reliable in that we will only focus on enjoying and relishing the special day we worked hard to plan for. We appreciated Tonimari for keeping up with check-ins throughout the planning, despite our busy schedule with work, church, and overall wedding planning. We know that there is no such thing as a perfect wedding day, but Tonimari and her team made sure that we had a memorable wedding day to remember. She kept us on our schedule, helped troubleshoot mishaps, but most importantly, ensuring that we got to take part in every aspect of our wedding day along with our family and friends. Overall, her team made sure that we get to enjoy and relish on our special day, knowing that all of our hard work and planning has been paid off and well taken cared of. Incredibly grateful for Gems Events
I am incredibly grateful for Gems Events for helping me get through my wedding day. I hired her on short notice because I thought I could handle everything myself — but oh boy, I was so wrong! She stepped in with so much professionalism, grace, and kindness, and took over all the logistics to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day of. She was amazing at troubleshooting every little issue that came up, many of which I didn’t even realize were happening because she handled them so efficiently. Thanks to her, I had minimal stress and was actually able to enjoy my day instead of worrying about the details. I truly couldn’t have done it without her. Hiring GEM events was the best decision we made.
Hiring GEM events as our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding, especially as a DIY bride. Our bridal party and family kept commenting on how patient they were and how good they coordinated everything- vendors, rehearsal and the actual wedding. Truly a GEM
Working with Tonimari was great! She was a gem to work with! See what I did there? She was the calming force of the chaotic, stressful process called wedding planning. She coordinated our wedding through multiple meetings— asking the right questions which helped us through details we did not even think of; sending us lists which helped us become more organized; collecting all our thoughts and ideas, then organizing it to fruition, and many more! She made sure everything was smooth sailing and seamless, especially on the day of the wedding. Because on this day I could not think of anything more but walking down that aisle. She checked and double checked if the schedule was followed, if the checklists were done correctly, and best of all, she calmed down not just my and the groom’s nerves but also the whole entourage’s! I could not ask for a better coordinator/planner to work with. Thank you Tonimari and team for making our wedding absolutely perfect in our eyes and hearts.
