Sustainability is a big part of who I am and how I live, and it naturally guides the way I plan events. As a compassionate vegan and someone who cares about our planet, I’m committed to creating weddings that are deeply meaningful, while honoring the earth.

Beginning six weeks out, we step in to tie up the final details and bring everything into alignment. We connect with your vendors, create a comprehensive wedding day timeline, confirm logistics, and manage the final to-do’s during the most high-pressure stretch of planning. You’ll head into your wedding weekend feeling organized, supported, and fully present - knowing every detail has been thoughtfully handled.	Small Event Planning Perfect for micro weddings and elopements—this package is designed for those smaller gatherings that still deserve big attention to detail. It includes two planning meetings, vendor recommendations to help bring your vision to life with ease and intention. Includes Day of Coordination (support) as well, plus a rehearsal if desired.

I work completely solo for all weddings I coordinate and plan, with the exception of your wedding day. I work behind the scenes to create your timeline, communicate with vendors and of course, provide advice and support. On wedding day, I have an assistant join me to execute your event flawlessly.

No. I always reserve one wedding per weekend to ensure my attention is fully dedicated to you. There are very few scenarios where I take on two per weekend, separated by one day - I always share this case with my couples beforehand.

For our Month of Coordination/Partial Planning clients I see where we can tread lighter in the decisions we have left - such as your personal decor items, eliminating single use plastics or throwaway items, wedding day transportation and more! I'm very understanding that many couples come in with their own team of personalized vendors and we honor and respect their choices. For my full service clients, we dive deeper into the vendor and venue selection with sustainable, eco-friendly teams at the forefront.

Absolutely! Our team is happy to set up and arrange your wedding day decor however you'd like, including personal florals, ceremony decor, reception table-scapes, welcome table, plus more. We also pack up all of these items at the end of your event.
