We coordinate gorgeous weddings at some of the world’s most high-end places, always radiating with a big smile and genuine Southern hospitality. As your wedding planner, we will help you tie up any loose ends, point out ways to perfect your wedding plans, and become an extension of you and your fiancé on your wedding day. We are a team of wedding experts hailing from the beautiful bluegrass state of Kentucky: the land of horse-racing, bourbon, and most importantly, mint juleps. We absolutely love what we do and we would be thrilled to assist you with your wedding needs in Central Kentucky and beyond!

Rachel started her career as a wedding planner working alongside one of the most high-end wedding planning companies in the South. Her passion for all things beautiful led her to study for a semester in France, where she could revel in the Beaux-Arts architecture and amazing cuisine. She is a natural planner with a knack for both design and organization skills. Having planned and coordinated countless weddings in Kentucky, Austin, San Francisco, and SoCal. Rachel is an expert in all-things-weddings. She is the perfect extension of our couples on their big days. Our Juleps specifically love how responsive and professional she is to work with.

    RACHEL WAS THE BEST

    Hiring Rachel was one of the best decisions I ever made. She made my dream wedding come true and then some. I kind of told her what I was looking for and wanting and she came back to me with so many amazing ideas and my wedding was more than I could have ever imagined. She also designed my floral arrangements and everyone loooooved them.i HIGHLY recommend hiring Rachel and her team if you want a beautiful wedding without the stress of having to do everything yourself.

    Our wedding was perfect because of Rachel

    Rachel was the most amazing planner and honestly made our wedding perfect. She was patient when we pivoted and went above and beyond with our destination wedding in the middle of Covid. She helped me navigate all the different parts of planning events in two countries and it could not have been more perfect. I was never overwhelmed or overly stressed. She had great insight on vendors and unique ideas and perfectly executed my vision. The day of our Paris wedding she was attentive and , calm and absolutely wonderful. Like having another close friend with you. I know that our wedding was perfect and special because Rachel was there and I recommend her to anyone.

    Amazing, detail oriented, and easy to work with

    Rachel went above and beyond from the beginning of our wedding planning journey. She took time to not only understand what our vision was for our special day, but truly get to know our relationship and what brought us together.
