Hi there! I am a full service planning and design company. I specialize in wedding coordination but have a love for planning, design and content creation. I work with most budgets and can help truly execute whatever event ideas you have in mind.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics to support my love in planning and design. I am not just your "fell in love with planning my own wedding" girl. I believe in true professionalism across the board and have the credentials to match.

Description

Planning starts at $500 for 6 months, $1,000 for 12 months and $1500 for 18 months. During the planning process we manage/create initial budgets, timelines, checklists, floorplans/layouts, recommend or help book vendors, and provide contract overview. Day of coordinating(executing what has been planned) for the wedding day is not included. Design or (decorating) is not included.

General day of coordination consists of 10 hours of day of coverage. We begin 3 months prior to wedding date, finalizing wedding details. We execute details that have been planned. This includes creating and sticking to timeline, reviewing guest list/seating charts, rehearsal, vendor and wedding party management, greeting and seating guests. Required venue coordination starts at $850 for 8 hours of coverage but must be discussed.

Wedding styling consists of 3 parts; travel, labor and supplies. We will break down a budget for each. Example travel $250-500. Labor $1000. Supplies $1000. We can decrease or increase depending on budget, guest count and desired style.

    Eternal Events' communication style was amazing - the owner was very responsive and attentive throughout the entire wedding planning process.
