Ellamae Productions is a full-service, bespoke event design and production studio based in Los Angeles, available worldwide. We are experts in curating weddings which feel unique and intentional, an art form which we have perfected with over 10 years of experience in wedding design and production. ‍ At Ellamae Productions, you can expect a high-touch client experience and white glove service throughout the planning process to execution. It is our top priority to ensure you feel relaxed, present throughout your wedding weekend, and confident in our team to deliver excellence in every detail.

Providing a smooth and enjoyable planning experience is very important to us, so we do not take on more than 10 weddings per year. This helps ensure we have adequate time and resources to dedicate to each couple. We respect how personal and nuanced wedding planning can be, and want our couples to feel that we are available to them and supporting them every step of the way. We also provide eco-friendly options to our couples which may look like post-wedding composting options, ideas for repurposing wedding day florals, and suggesting vendors with a sustainable approach to their discipline.

Description

With full-service planning, we guide you through the entire wedding planning process, from wedding design to applying for your marriage license to executing the wedding day timeline. Ellamae Productions is responsible for each aspect and will provide guidance aligned with your budget goals.

We consider celebrations with 8 or fewer guests total an elopement or micro wedding. We will coordinate and design your ceremony and reception to feel intimate and unique, and we believe that a celebration of any size is special and sweet.

A partial planning package is perfect for couples who already have a venue confirmed and a handful of select vendors booked, but need help with completing all vendor bookings and overall wedding design and timeline management. We customize our partial planning services and rate depending on each couple's needs.

We offer month of wedding coordination which begins 30 days out from your wedding day. We expect all vendors are booked, timeline drafted, and the couple directly handles budget management and invoice reconciliation. We meet with the couple 3 times leading up to the wedding day to become familiar with the vendor contracts and timelines, so that our team can 100% take over and manage the wedding day from beginning to end.

    Helps make your dream wedding a reality!

    My husband and I can confidently say we would not have had our dream wedding if it wasn't for Michelle and Ellamae Productions! My partner and I worked with Michelle as the main coordinator for our wedding for over a year as we planned. Michelle is a hard worker, a creative visionary, and the most organized professional I've ever seen. She is very warm and approachable, great at managing family dynamics and vendors and getting the job done. Our celebration wasn't traditional by any means: we wanted to walk down the aisle to orchestral arrangements of video game music, have our first dance under both tree boughs and chandeliers, and even feature an artisanal tea bar. Michelle made it all happen, and then some. I will never forget being shuttled down to our ceremony location and seeing our reception setup all laid out - everything came together so beautifully, it really felt like our dream came to life. The best thing about working with Michelle is that she deeply and truly loves what she does, and you can feel that joy through every step of the process. Every vendor she recommended to us was the same as her: passionate about their work and in love with weddings as an art form and celebration.
