Best coordinator ever!!
Rachel (DayOne) was an absolute lifesaver as our day-of coordinator! We had a pretty extensive DIY setup, and she pulled it off perfectly. And honestly, she was so much more than a “day-of” coordinator- she met with us throughout the planning process, kept us on track, and made sure we didn’t miss a thing. Throughout the planning process, she shared helpful resources, helped us problem-solve, and created a timeline that flowed perfectly. Come wedding day, I didn’t have to stress about a single detail- she handled all the setup, kept everything organized, and somehow made the whole day feel effortless. Rachel is professional, upbeat, and just awesome to work with. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator.

It was awesome working with Rachel and her team. They made the whole process straightforward and helped us work through a number of unique circumstances with our families, venue, and budget. The Day-Of coordination was top notch - kept everything running smoothly, and even helped put out a fire before it got out of hand. I can't recommend the Day One Team enough!

Flawless
Our wedding day would not have been the same without Rachel! She was so helpful to my wife and I with planning our special day. Rachel did such a good job at coordinating all of our plans flawlessly the day of the wedding and even made a church basement look like a truly beautiful wedding venue. I could not recommend Day One more. They go above and beyond to give you the best wedding day you could hope for.

No, we’re like the ice cream truck of event planning!! We offer wedding a la carte services like additional meetings, decor rentals, cookie table assembly, DIY outsourcing, and RSVP management. We also plan other events like showers, rehearsals, vacations, and more.

Day One is based in Sewickley, PA and primarily serves couples in western Pennsylvania. However, we have an extensive background in planning events remotely and love to travel! We've handled events from beaver county to Glasgow, Scotland! TLDR; “Everywhere” by Fleetwood Mac
