My passion is to work with my clients to create weddings and special celebrations that reflect your love, your style, and the story you share, while keeping the process stress-free and enjoyable.
What sets my business apart is the care and connection I bring to every celebration. I work closely with each couple to understand their style and what truly matters to them so the day feels personal and effortless. My approach is calm, organized, and genuinely supportive which helps couples feel at ease from the first meeting to the final moment of their event. I treat every wedding as if it were my own and I’m committed to creating a smooth joyful experience from start to finish.

I just want to say how much I appreciated the work Kara and her assistant did for me on my wedding day. She was always available when I had a question or wanted her opinion on design, she had excellent recommendations for local vendors (especially for floral!), and most of all she is an extremly strong communicator that advoacted for me when a few of the other vendors I hired were a little less communicative. Please, please, please reach out to Kara is you are looking for a coordinator who cares deeply about her clients... love you girl!
