By working with CactusBloom, brides are able to focus their attention toward the aspects of the wedding that excite them rather than focusing on the budget, communicating with a dozen vendors, worrying about the timeline, etc. CactusBloom fosters an environment of joy, creativity, and celebration for the special couple on the most exciting day of their lives.

Description	Our Full Service package takes the stress out of the process, offering expert budget management, personalized to-do lists, and seamless vendor coordination to ensure your wedding day is flawless. From your initial kick-off call to the day-of coordination, we’re by your side with a customized timeline, design direction, and organization that frees you to focus on enjoying your engagement.	Our Event Management package is designed for couples who want more than just day-of coordination. Starting 12 weeks before your wedding, we provide expert guidance through personalized to-do lists, vendor communication, and final event logistics to ensure every detail is in place. We review all your contracts, confirm vendors, assist with seating charts and offer a full event walkthrough ensuring that your day runs seamlessly from start to finish	Small in size, big on heart. Whether it's just the two of you or a tiny guest list of your nearest and dearest (40 guests or fewer), this package is designed for couples craving an intimate celebration with none of the chaos. We’ll handle the logistics so you can focus on soaking up every magical, tear-filled, just-married second.

Best decision we made in the entire process
Our daughter’s wedding involved the bride’s family from Pittsburgh, the groom’s family from Florida, and the wedding in Phoenix as both are active-duty military in that area. We didn’t have the capacity to plan and execute on the wedding and needed a planner. Jaycie was one of four planners we “interviewed” and we felt she had the skills and demeanor to get the job done. This was the best decision we made in the entire process! Jaycie communication and organization skills are first-rate. She proved her worth leading up to the day and on the big day as well. Our first location had to cancel due to an unexpected construction project and Jaycie was able to find a new venue that met all the needs. She kept all parties up to date at every step of the process and was integral in making recommendations on bar tenders, DJs, photographers, caterers, etc. She was always a great problem-solver and calm under pressure. Beyond the logistics, her personal touches and in-depth eye for details made for a wonderful, beautiful, and stress-free day! On a 1-10 scale, I’d give Jaycie a 12! We trusted her with the biggest day of our daughter’s life and she exceeded all expectations. She’s a pro and joy to work with and give her the highest recommendation possible.

Don’t debate. HIRE. JAYCIE.
I mean it when I say she was the best vendor I hired for my wedding, and I would make that same decision a hundred times over. I met Jaycie a few months into planning my wedding. I had most of my vendors already booked, but I knew I needed someone I could fully trust to bring everything together and run the day. What I didn’t realize is how much more I was getting when I hired her. Jaycie stepped in like a seasoned pro: communicating seamlessly with my vendors, handling every hiccup without ever bothering me, and always being a text away. I found out days after my wedding that a few vendors nearly didn’t show up, and some of my decor was completely unusable, but Jaycie handled it all. She literally went to the store and bought replacement pieces out of her own pocket just to make sure the space looked exactly like what I had envisioned. She managed a timeline that kept getting thrown off by long speeches, handled tricky personalities with grace, and somehow kept me blissfully unaware of all the chaos happening behind the scenes. That’s the magic of Jaycie — she does it all with a calm, confident energy that makes you feel like everything is handled (because it is). I recommend her to every bride I know — whether you're looking for a full-service planner or just someone to take the reins on your big day. She's not only incredibly driven, resourceful, and professional, but genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I trusted her completely, and she never let me down. Jaycie is your girl. Don’t think twice.

Best decision we made was to work with Jaycie!
Jaycie was truly a dream to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure—exactly what every couple needs during the whirlwind of wedding planning.
