Our services include day-of coordination, partial planning, full planning, and event setup and breakdown. We also offer rental décor to help bring your vision to life while staying on budget. We travel throughout Florida (small travel fee may apply) and are known for connecting couples with some of the most budget-friendly vendors and venues in the area. Our goal is stress-free planning without overspending.

    Amazing service and beautiful work!

    We had such a great experience working with this décor and floral team for our wedding at Cypress Grove in Orlando. They handled our table décor and florals for our outdoor ceremony and reception, and everything looked absolutely beautiful. The tables, florals, and overall design really elevated the space and fit the venue perfectly. What impressed us most was their professionalism and how proactive they were throughout the day. They arrived early for setup and worked directly with the venue staff to make sure everything was ready to go. Our wedding coordinator unfortunately wasn’t the best communicator, but this team completely stepped up and helped lead the décor setup process so everything stayed on track. They were organized, calm, and clearly very experienced working with wedding venues and vendors. They also stayed to help with a few final setup details to make sure everything looked perfect before guests arrived, and at the end of the night they helped break everything down quickly and efficiently, which the venue really appreciated. One of the sweetest touches was that they took a few Polaroid photos of us during the wedding and gave them to us that same day. It was such a thoughtful surprise since you normally have to wait weeks to get your wedding photos back. Even though they’re a newer wedding décor and floral company, their customer service, attention to detail, and coordination with the venue and photographer were amazing. If you’re looking for a reliable wedding décor vendor who goes above and beyond, we highly recommend them!

    Phenomenal!

    We hired Budget Babes to handle our wedding setup and breakdown, and everything went perfectly. They reached out a month in advance to confirm all the details and arrived extra early on the day to make sure everything was completed on time. They truly understood my vision and executed it flawlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!
