The Vibrant
Bold, vibrant, and story-driven wedding photography based in North Carolina. We specialize in a photojournalistic approach that captures real moments as they unfold—while making our couples feel relaxed, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera. Led by Lead Photographer Michelle, and associate David, our Carolina team brings more than 14 years of wedding industry experience, with backgrounds spanning photojournalism, event coordination, customer service, and marketing. We’re known for blending natural light with intentional off-camera flash to create images that feel both authentic and elevated. Travel available!

Michelle not only is she incredibly talented, but she was fun, organized and a true joy to have around on such an important day. Her up beat energy and positive attitude made everyone feel so comfortable. Working with Michael and The Vibrant was the best choice for a wedding photographer! He was efficient and prepared with clear communication the whole time. He is great with people to round them up for specific pictures, and his sense of humor made people feel at ease. The pictures turned out fantastic – all great quality and he is very creative. If I could give the vibrant a million stars I would! Not only was everyone at my wedding impressed with Michelle’s energy and willingness to go above and beyond to get the best shot- but the photographs came out phenomenal. Loved how they captured our memories
After an introductory video call with them, we decided we would love to work with one another! We ended up working with Michael, who shot our engagement/family photos, and our wedding! This experience was beyond my and my families expectations! It felt like Michael was one of our long standing friends form the moment we met. The other photographers he brought along to help were also an absolute joy, one even took over as DJ when ours had to leave! We had people coming up to us all night asking where we found them and even asked for their information afterwards. Michael was very kind as we had some photographers in the family who asked him questions all night and even let them take a few pictures. I highly recommends this company and the people who work in it! God truly answered my prayer and heard me when I asked for someone who would be able to capture the love and family bounds during our wedding! We love our photos can’t wait to get them printed!
