Hi Yunis! When you received your photo you emailed us "Thank you for sending them over. We really like them". Your photographer arrived a half hour early and was able to capture free "getting ready" photos for you. Everything you put on your must-have photo list was captured. The ONLY thing you didn't get was table photos because your reception began late. We were only there till 9pm. When we left we asked you if you wanted anything else or wanted extra time and you declined. You stated in your review that not all guests were captured. I looked at your gallery and there are nearly 200 photos of the guests alone and that's NOT EVEN counting all the dancing photos at the reception. I'm not sure how manyyou were expecting, but that is a huge amount. As far as video, your initial email to us stated "We like it" and only asked for minor changes like not liking some transitions, a music change, and a few moments when the camera went out of focus for a few seconds-- this is normal for an hour long video of a live event. We edited you a new version complimentary even though we normally charge for edits. I personally made sure you were not charged. We have never received a 1 star review before. So this the first time in almost a decade.
