I am Amy, a wedding photographer based in Meridian, Idaho with over 20 years behind the camera. I specialize in capturing weddings and couples with a clean, natural, timeless style. My goal is to tell your story in a way that feels genuine, effortless, and full of heart. When I’m not photographing, you’ll find me with family and friends, sharing good food, laughing, enjoying lake days, or working with the marching band as the color guard specialist.

Amy at Milestone portraits is superior. She is a professional who has been photographing families and couples for years. She knows what shots she needs to get and takes her job seriously. Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, and you want it to be captured in a way that lets you relive it when it’s over. Amy gets the shots you want her to, as well as the ones you never knew you wanted! She can nail the posed and candid! Amazing Photographer

Amazing photographer!
We were so happy that Amy was able to photograph our wedding. Her work is exquisite and just plain amazing! She made our day so much easier and we were so appreciative. We both have large and crazy families and somehow she were able to capture their personalities so well. Amy is super talented and loves what she does and it really shows in her pictures. Typically, couples book me about 6 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

I do have an assistant with me, whose job it is to make sure things run smoothly during the time allotted for photos, as well as adjust clothing and fix hair. My assistant helps with all of the details.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also provide basic retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening on portraits at no additional charge.

Not at this time, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.

I will do my best to post a sneak peek within a day or two. My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to be able to download your high-resolution image files, and web size images to share the photos with your loved ones. If you order an album, you will choose the photos for your album at this time. Allow at least 3 weeks to receive your album after you approve the final layout.

You can expect about 50 to 70 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In my 15 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. I’ll also reach out to photographers from the many networking groups I’m in and give you some names, to help you find the perfect replacement.
