About Megan Simpson Photography
Megan
My family's history is rooted in the Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park areas. My grandparents built our family cabin in Allenspark and we have been exploring the Rocky Mountains ever since...soo when I started photographing weddings, naturally Estes Park was the spot I saw myself in! Don't get me wrong I love photographing weddings in Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver, Longmont and Loveland as well... but Estes Park? Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park will forever have my heart.
I pride myself on not being a back seat photographer. I know when to step in, bring order, and guide a moment—but just as importantly, I know when to step back and let the story unfold naturally. The longer I'm in this industry, the more I value the dance between quiet intentionality and confident leadership. You could say I'm a master at reading the room—especially on a wedding day.

Photos & Memories We Will Treasure Forever!
We had the absolute best experience with Megan and her team. From start to finish she was incredible - organized, fun, and so easy to work with! Megan helped us with timelines, answered every question, and made the whole process completely stress free and fun. The photos turned out BEYOND gorgeous. Every single moment was captured perfectly and beautifully. Our guests also loved the photo booth, and it was such a fun addition that kept everyone laughing and making memories all night. We are honestly blown away by how amazing everything looks and how well Megan and her team captured the energy and love of the day. If you want a photographer who is talented, professional, and makes the whole experience effortless and joyful, Megan is absolutely the one! We couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Beautiful Outdoor Wedding
Megan and her team did an AMAZING job for our outdoor wedding this summer in Loveland, Colorado. They were great to work with prior to the event, captured all the moments throughout the wedding, and the finished product (edited photos) are absolutely stunning. We'd highly recommend them for any wedding!

Fabulous Photographer!
Megan and her work was everything we could’ve imagined and more!! Every person I’ve shared our gallery with has commented on how beautiful and stunning our photos turned out. I’ve scrolled through our gallery probably 10,000 times by now. Megan was on our venue’s preferred vendor list and after checking out her website and meeting with her, I was sold. Her personality is so fun and easy going, I wish I lived in Colorado and could hangout with her more!! Neither my husband or I are good picture takers but Megan made us feel at ease, pointed us in the right direction, handled our wild groomsmen, and really captured our personalities. She was amazing at dealing with all of our family dynamics and personalities and kept the day moving and on time. Megan is on point with the little details too, helping us with our day of timeline, sent us the sweetest pre-wedding gift, and got us some sneak peaks practically before we woke up the next morning! 10/10 recommend!

I saw Megan's photos online when we were planning our wedding, and really liked her style. Once we got in touch, Megan was very responsive & friendly. She worked with us to create a package that fit our budget. On the day of, no one even knew she was there, but she got some great shots and did both candid & posed. The day was so much fun, and we're really happy we have quality photos to spark our memories.
