Available for MICRO-WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS only: I’m a Virginia transplant who makes her home north of Boston! I’m obsessed with the diversity and energy of the city, but also with how easy it is to escape to nature in New England. As an introvert, I definitely need both! I’m married to a handsome fellow creative (of the wordsmithing and storytelling variety) and we love our homebody life together. I’m a photographer because I think people are fascinating. Because memories are fleeting. Because we all need some beauty around us to help us remember how incredibly blessed we are to be alive.

As I work with each of my clients, I always take the time before the camera ever comes out to ensure that their concerns are addressed, and every detail is accounted for. In my opinion, there is never a dumb question here because I know you most likely don’t spend a lot of time being photographed, and you may not know what to expect unless I tell you. I’m definitely a details person, especially when it comes to planning portrait sessions and wedding timelines! I always remember that at the end of the day, you’re a person, just like me, and I vow to treat you with respect, honesty, and open-mindedness.

    Professional, Caring, and Talented

    We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! Lorna is responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring about her work. From our very first message, she was thoughtful about every little detail, organized, and full of helpful suggestions that made planning so much easier. On the day of the event, she brought such a calm, kind energy and helped organize everyone’s postures while making it all feel natural and effortless. You can tell she pays close attention to even the smallest, most meaningful moment, the photos turned out absolutely beautiful, natural, timeless, and full of emotion.     July 26, 2025 wedding

    We sought out a few other photographers for our weddings day. But we totally clicked with Lorna and felt comfortable and trusted her with our wedding pictures. We were very confident in her work, and extremely happy with the outcome of our final pictures. Can’t stress how comfortable we were with Lorna and had no concerns in her ability to memorialize our wedding day. She chose some great locations and poses. Love the candid pictures at the event, brings us right back! Use Lorna if you want great pictures with a professional photographer. She blended into the background, but defiantly got the best images.

    Lorna is the best!

    Lorna did a wonderful job of capturing our beautiful wedding day! She spent a great deal of time of communicating with us, figuring out us as a couple, what our likes and dislikes were, and suggesting very good locations to take photos. Lorna did a very good job of balancing giving us direction for poses, and respecting boundaries on poses that we didn't want to do. We decided to purchase a curated album, which she did a wonderful job assembling together, highlighting the moments throughout the day that we'll remember forever. I have already recommended her for my friend's wedding, truly, our photography experience was a highlight on our wedding day.

    Thank you Lorna!

    If you are looking for a photographer who really cares about the people she works with, takes great pictures and awesome to work with then Lorna is your person! When searching for a proposal photographer I was looking for someone that would be easy to communicate with and Lorna was just that and more! We scheduled a meet over Zoom, so she could get to know me and see if there was any questions I had for the day of the proposal. I enjoyed this as it helped me get to know more about the person who would be working with me on such an important moment. The day of the proposal she kept in contact with me up until we arrived at the location which I appreciated. Lorna even helped calm my nerves assuring me the location was correct as she arrived early to prepare (I never been and was afraid we might be at the wrong building) We absolutely loved the images when we received them! I appreciated she kept me updated on when we would be receiving the images and the pictures were awesome. We loved how she was able to capture our special moment and were so happy to see how great the pictures turned out. I would definitely recommend Lorna for anyone who is looking for a photographer. She was very nice, great communicator, and you can tell she truly cares and was happy for us. Thank you so much Lorna for helping us with our special moment.

    Proposal Photoshoot

    Lorna was a great photographer to work with for my surprise proposal with my fiancée. I was looking for a photographer who offered a proposal photoshoot for 60 minutes without all the frills that I saw elsewhere. Lorna stood out to me because of her portfolio and her services. I met with Lorna on Zoom several weeks before the actual proposal and we talked about what my fiancée and I enjoyed and what I was looking for in the photos. I was nervous because this was the first time I had ever used a photographer for something in my life but Lorna walked me through all the steps and made me feel comfortable with the process. Even though I had a general proposal location (Arnold Arboretum) picked out in my mind, she helped me figure out the best spot in the park. She got there early to set up and scope out the best angles. The photos I received were really crispy and captured the best moments from that day. I would definitely recommend Lorna to anyone else that is looking for proposal photos or any other service.
