How far in advance can we book you?

You can book as early as 1.5 years in advance and as close as 30 days before your wedding or event, depending on my availability. If you have a popular date, I always recommend reaching out as soon as you can.

Do you work with a second photographer or videographer?

Yes. I have a trusted team of photographers and videographers I work with regularly. Based on the size and needs of your event, I can bring on additional team members to make sure every important moment is covered.

Do you offer videography services?

Yes. I offer both photography and videography services. You can book either one individually, or we can create a combined photo + video collection that’s tailored to your day.

Do you travel for weddings and events?

Yes, I travel both domestically and internationally. I have a valid passport and love documenting love stories in new places. Travel fees vary by location and will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. I carry full business liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue if needed.

Are your prices flexible?

I have a detailed pricing guide to give you a clear starting point, but I also know every event is unique. Clients really appreciate that I can flexibly tailor collections to fit their needs and budget while still maintaining quality and coverage.

Do you edit our photos?

Yes. I personally edit and retouch every photo that I deliver to you. This includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching so your gallery feels polished, cohesive, and true to the day.

What happens if you can’t make it to our event?

In the rare case of an emergency, I have a team of qualified shooters who step in and provide the same level of service and professionalism you booked me for. I still handle all of the editing and retouching myself, so you’ll receive the same look, feel, and quality you see in my portfolio. FYI it hasn’t happened in my decade of shooting!

How do we officially book and reserve our date?

Accepted Answer

To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. Once those are completed, your date is officially reserved on my calendar and I turn away other inquiries for that time.

Can we customize a package to fit our timeline and priorities?

Absolutely. Think of my pricing guide as a starting framework. We can adjust hours of coverage, add or remove services (like engagement sessions, albums, or video), and build a collection that works best for your schedule, priorities, and budget.
