Hi I'm Kiley! I am the proud mama of two young children, a rescued dog and two rescued cats, and I am grateful to be married to my best friend. I love the outdoors, cycling, yoga, strong coffee, cheesy romantic comedies, folk & bluegrass music, and great vegan food.

With a background in photojournalism, I began photographing weddings in 2009. I love getting to know my couples and provide a genuine, fun, and memorable experience during your wedding day. I prioritize inclusivity and open communication while helping to guide and support your vision along your wedding planning journey. With a documentary, yet creative emphasis, I will work with you to create a comprehensive gallery that tells the story of your day. I also love to incorporate the natural beauty of your wedding location and find interesting ways to blend your portraits with the natural elements of your chosen space, while highlighting you two.

The Moonstone package is for couples who want to tell a complete story of your big day. We’ll provide comprehensive coverage, from your details and preparation to the end of your reception. A second photographer provides excellent additional coverage and various angles, without missing any important details. An engagement session provides a valuable, fun, lighthearted experience for us to get to know one another and find poses you like the most.

An engagement session provides a valuable experience for us to get to know one another and find poses you like the most, while capturing this special time being engaged!

Kiley is amazing!
We hired Kiley for our wedding and are so glad we did! She is incredibly talented and easy to work with, and made our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it very stress-free. We were able to collaborate with her for our engagement photos and and wedding photos, and were so impressed with her attention to detail and creative eye. Professional and king wedding photographer!
It was a pleasure to have Kiley as our photographer at our wedding. Leading up to the wedding she was very responsive, and made time to get to know us as a couple, answer any questions we had, and figure out details/ logistics so she could be prepared for the day. She also arrived early to make sure she was familiar enough with the venue. We really appreciated her calm and composed demeanor, and how kind she was- she made us feel so comfortable. One of my favorite parts about having Kiley as our photographer was seeing all of the wonderful candid and sweet moments she captured. She did a great job of blending in and letting us have our moments, and we didn’t even realize she was taking pictures. She also has an easy to navigate online payment system/ gallery, and sent us an engraved flash drive with our photos on it, which was so sweet.

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed your venue and can’t wait to photograph more weddings there in the future. It was a pleasure working with your team as well.

I personally edit all wedding photos from myself and my second photographer, and put thoughtful care into each one. I first "cull" all of the images I take, to remove any duplicates or "bloopers" (eyes closed, etc), and then I edit them. You'll receive all of the best images in your final gallery, without an overwhelming amount of images you may not really want (i.e., I avoid editing photos that are nearly identical). I don't limit how many edited images you receive, but it does tend to be around 80-100 images/hour.

All of my wedding packages include a second professional photographer, to provide extra coverage and assistance throughout the day. If you choose my elopement package, you can always add a second photographer if you'd like. Depending on the size and length of your wedding, I may also bring an assistant at no extra cost to you.

My turnaround time varies by season and amount of coverage during your day. Typically, you’ll be able to view your full gallery of edited images online within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. This time frame can vary slightly depending on peak/off-peak wedding season, but I always promise your gallery will be finished in 8 weeks.

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. I do not limit how many images you receive from your wedding day, but will provide you with the best non-duplicate edited images.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my professional colleagues. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement if you'd prefer.

I am very careful about backing up my files and use 3 different external hard drives as backups to ensure nothing gets erased or corrupted. I use the highest quality SD cards in my cameras and have never had an issue with corruption or loss of images. I keep all RAW files on my hard drives for at least one year after your wedding. Once you receive your wedding gallery, you will have access for one year. I highly recommend downloading and backing up all of your images as soon as possible.

Yes! I use two professional mirrorless Canon cameras so that I always have a backup. This also allows me to quickly capture moments using two different lenses at all times. I love to get variety in your images - close-ups, wide-angle shots, etc. I also have multiple flashes, umbrellas, and light stands for optimal lighting in darker situations, receptions, and for group portraits.
