Hey there! I'm Jade, your photographer friend based in Moline, IL. If you were to ask me how I got into photography I could tell you about all of the moments I had with cameras and film growing up. My mom was always taking photos of me and her surroundings and she passed that habit on to me. I received my own digital camera as a gift for my birthday the summer before going to middle school, and since then, I've been passionate about capturing life's moments, both big and small.

    Broken Contract and Missing Photos

    Jade Blasdell was our wedding photographer. She broke the contract, openly lied to us, and has yet to provide all the wedding photos. She provided us with unedited pictures that looked like they were taken with an iPhone 4. We have no posed photographs of the entire wedding party. She will not respond to any correspondences and we are taking her to Small Claims Court. Jade has taken down her website but still works with Rhoads to Memories Videography (rhoadstomemoriesvideography) who recommended Jade to us.

    Doesn’t stick to the contract

    First, I would like to start by saying at the beginning of our experience with Jade I was really optimistic. She had a decent portfolio and was great at communicating and the price for services sounded really reasonable. Unfortunately, she did not provide all that was in our contract. Our wedding was last year on 10.19.24 and we have still yet to receive the hard drive we were promised nor do we have any access to our photos online. I have messaged several times, tried to meet up and I rarely get a response.
