Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Yes—we’re a husband-and-wife photo + video team, and we’re the ones with you capturing your day. For larger weddings or more complex timelines, we bring in a small circle of trusted, top-tier professionals we’ve worked with for years. Same energy, same standards, same level of intention—just more coverage when it’s needed. So whether it’s just us or an expanded team, everything still feels seamless and fully dialed 🤍

Do you have insurance?

Yes—we’re fully insured. We carry liability coverage and can provide certificates to your venue if needed. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes things that just keeps everything running smoothly, so you don’t have to think about it.

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

For weddings, you’ll receive all the good frames—typically anywhere from 1,500–4,000 images, depending on your coverage and timeline. From there, we curate your top 200–600 images—the moments that hit the hardest, fully polished and ready to relive, share, and print. You’ll still have alternate angles, different expressions, and all the in-between moments—so if you want to be hands-on in selecting favorites, you absolutely can. It’s the perfect mix of curated storytelling + the full day, exactly as it felt 🤍

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

All of your good frames (typically 1,500–4,000 images) will receive our signature color grade—so everything feels cohesive and true to your day. From there, your curated images (about 200–600 of your best) are fully edited—refined lighting, distraction removal, and that extra polish that gives them that clean, timeless finish. So you’re getting the full story and a set of images taken to the next level 🤍

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

You can expect your full wedding gallery in about 4–6 weeks. During peak season or around holidays, it can extend up to 8 weeks—but we’re always working to get your story back to you as quickly (and beautifully) as possible. You’ll also receive ~100 previews within 48 hours of your wedding—so you have something real to relive right away 🤍

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Most couples book 1–2 years in advance—especially for popular dates and peak season weddings. For off-season dates, elopements, or courthouse weddings, we sometimes have availability closer to 6 months out. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so once dates are gone, they’re gone 🤍

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

In the very unlikely event we can’t be there (never happend yet), we handle everything on our end to make sure you’re fully covered. Our first priority is filling the role internally within our team. If that’s not possible, we bring in a trusted, top-tier professional who shoots at our level and aligns with our style—and we personally coordinate that transition. We don’t just send someone—we make sure the experience and final result still reflect us. We’ve got a reputation to uphold, and we take that seriously 🤍
