I’m a wedding photographer who focuses on capturing real moments, genuine emotions, and the story of your day as it naturally unfolds. From the big moments to the quiet in-between ones, I’m there to document it all. I also help my couples with timelines, lighting, and planning advice so the day runs smoothly and feels stress-free. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully present on your wedding day while I capture memories you’ll be able to relive for years to come.

What sets me apart is the experience I create for my couples, not just the photos I deliver. I help with timelines, family photo organization, lighting guidance, and keeping the day on track so everything feels relaxed and stress-free. On the wedding day I’m fixing veils, gathering family, calming nerves, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m very organized, calm under pressure, and truly care about my couples. Many couples tell me I felt more like a friend helping them through the day than just a photographer.

First of THANK YOU BRANDY! You are PHENOMENAL! You found your calling when you decided to work as a wedding photographer! Your personality was everything I hoped for! She worked so well with my coordinator and everyone! You made me feel so comfortable, you went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations. She helped me with my wardrobe malfunction, helped fix my bouquet and helped bustle my dress when she didn't need to. Brandy was just such a lovely person to work with, I cannot stress that enough! I absolutely hate my "real" smile and you made me love it in some of the photos, but that is just a me thing. I LOVE IT ALL even the ones where I'm laughing like a hyena! The quality and detail of the photos are beautiful and so elegant! I would 100% recommend Brandy to all the future brides out there. Brandy is not just there taking photos, she is making sure she is capturing the memories you WANT! She has a very structured program she uses to make sure she knows the exact details you are looking to get on your special day. Overall, If I could give Brandy more than 5 stars I would, she made me look beautiful in the photos and made sure that my back fat wasn't showing lol. THANK YOU for everything!

Bayou Wedding
Graceful Shutter Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding photography. Their communication was excellent - fast, helpful responses to all our questions during planning. On the big day, they helped keep everything on schedule while still being flexible to capture special moments. The photos turned out beautifully, with great quality and a quick delivery time after the wedding. Amanda was so genuine, understanding, and fun to have around. She had creative ideas for activities and photo ops that really made our day special and captured the emotions perfectly. I'd highly recommend Graceful Shutter to any engaged couple looking for not just a photographer but a helpful, supportive partner in making sure your wedding memories are captured wonderfully.

Such a great experience!
My (now) husband and I loved working with Brandy! She did our second engagement shoot, my bridals, and our wedding day photos. She was easy to schedule and work with; very personable, professional, and flexible. She was very amenable to us choosing multiple locations for our photos, and worked around our schedule as much as possible, including helping to straighten out any kinks in our contract late into the night since we work night shift. She got as many photos as we liked, never making us feel rushed. There was only a time limit on our wedding day shoot (per our contract) but that didn't stop her from capturing every special moment we requested without being pushy/bossy during our big day. She was also very organized. She was always on time, sent us dates in advance to schedule, sent clear and concise expectations in our contract, let us adapt our wedding package to our needs/wants, and had a very easy (and personalized) day of wedding schedule which made the flow of pictures seamless. Brandy has an easy going good nature which made us feel confident in front of her camera. We especially appreciated how she let Matthew and I be ourselves instead of pushing poses we weren't comfortable with, and how she was always open to our ideas, no matter how silly/crazy/spontaneous. Overall she has given us the best photography experiences we have ever had, not to mention that she charges very reasonable prices for high quality shoots, AND you get the full gallery (my favorite part). 10/10 recommend!
