My name is Erin Oginsky and I am the owner and photographer behind EJO Photography. I first learned how to use a camera in 1999, when I took a photography class in college. Since then I have loved taking pictures, but did not start taking photos professionally until 2008! Since then I have learned and grown as a photographer. I love photographing weddings, engagements, and families. In addition to photography, my passion is my children, my husband, and the non-profit we run, Mission 25.

YOU are my top priority on your wedding day! I am always up for something creative and I will help you plan and manage expectations so we can pull a plan together to perfectly capture gorgeous photographs!

    CHOOSE EJO!!!!

    Erin is nothing short of amazing. She has such a vision and has been an absolute pleasure to work with even during the pandemic (probably the only vendor that was fully supportive and flexible during the difficult process). She was very easy to get a hold of when I had any questions, reliable and keeps you on time (terribly hard to do during your wedding). Not to mention when she is complete editing your photos the way she presents them to you is AMAZING. It's all about the little details with her. If I could give 10 stars I would.f

    My personal favorite photographer to work with.

    I have been in the wedding game for many years. I have seen it all. I have worked with all types of people. I want to give my honest opinion about this company: E.J.O. is absolutely top notch. The last event that we worked together was to say the least a very demanding wedding that required us to all be on our A games. Let me put it this way, a lot of photographers would have probably walked out due to stress and time constraints. EJO held it together, controlled the situation like a pro, and absolutely NAILED it! The event went off without a hitch. Without such a professional company working alongside mine (at Rockstar Weddings), i’m honestly not sure how things would have turned out if they had hired someone different. I personally was shooting video that day so I literally was with the photographers from EJO nearly the entire event. I cant recommend EJO enough. You get what you pay for in this industry. Highly recommended!

    Erin will complete your wedding!!!

    Erin shot my wedding and made my day absolutely incredible! To be honest I was so happy to get married that I didn’t do the best job of delegating and knowing every single photo I wanted. But it was like Erin read my mind. Every single moment I would want captured from that day was caught in an even better way than I could’ve imagined. She somehow managed to freeze our emotions and our love from that day and actually helped inspire me and my love of photography as well! She does a great job of keeping everyone on track and doing the hard things that you don’t want to be in charge of on your wedding day. I highly recommend her!

    the BEST metro Detroit wedding photographer!

    Erin Oginsky is THE photographer you want for your wedding!! She captured our day in the most beautiful way, while making it so fun! She was our photographer for both our engagement and wedding pictures. Two weeks before our wedding, everything was cancelled because of covid, but we worked out a beautiful backyard wedding last minute. Erin was BEYOND flexible with all the last minute changes. She will make your day so fun and easy and comfortable. My husband and I will treasure each and every photo she took and we are currently reliving the day all over again through her gorgeous pictures she sent back!!!
