Creative Capture Photography is a queer-owned and LGBTQ+-affirming wedding photography studio serving Grand Rapids and beyond. We approach weddings with a documentary eye and an editorial heart, capturing honest moments, emotional connections, and the quiet in-between details that make your day uniquely yours. We believe love is love, and we are honored to work with couples of all identities, expressions, and traditions. Hello, my name is Claritza My experience with creative capture has been wonderful & lovely. Amanda has a very positive, helpful and vibrant energy. I am a model and needed minimal help posing but in the few times that I did she adjusted me well. She understands how important a great Photoshoot is. She has a quick turnaround time, pictures come out very clear. I have done a business like Photoshoot & a clothing photoshoot and was very pleased with both photoshoots.

Outstanding experience all around
From the moment we booked Creative Capture Photography GR, they were an absolute joy to work with. Their communication was incredibly fast and professional, and they were clearly very knowledgeable about their craft. On the day of my shoot their warm and friendly energy helped to calm any nerves we had about the photo shoot. They provided excellent guidance on posing and gave us so many creative ideas to make our photos really stand out. The final results were truly outstanding - the quality was amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way. I was thrilled with how my shoot turned out and are so grateful to Creative Capture Photography GR for capturing such beautiful pictures of me and the ability to be apart of amazing projects with them!

Beautiful, Professional, Personable!

The Perfect Choice
We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to capture our day exactly how we envisioned it. They were incredibly creative with poses and ideas, bringing a fresh energy that made every shot feel unique and natural. What stood out the most was how well they listened to the bride’s vision and brought it to life. They didn’t just take photos they told a story. They made everyone feel comfortable, kept things organized, and somehow captured every candid moment without ever feeling intrusive. The final photos were stunning.
