Hi, my name is Ihamna, a queer afro-latina from Colombia. I'm also a photographer based in the Washington, D.C. area, specializing in weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions. I’m deeply inspired by love in all its forms—the quiet glances, the in-between moments, and the genuine connections that make each story unique. My approach is rooted in capturing real emotion and meaningful details, allowing your day to unfold naturally while I document it as it truly feels.

    The best photographer!

    Chila Design & Photography was a dream to work with for our wedding. Ihamna has such a personable communication style and accommodating nature. She went above and beyond to ensure our special day was captured perfectly, even intercepting a few visitors who nearly interrupted our vows at our public venue.
