I have an unfettered adoration for this journey we call life. It’s the uncontrollable belly laughs at inside jokes. It’s the mountain vistas and the smell of sagebrush burning in a desert bonfire. It’s the cozy Sunday snuggles with your partner and puppy. All of it. It’s so sweet. I’m a Salt Lake City and Park City Wedding Photographer who proudly calls Utah home. I also love destination weddings and elopements. Honestly, I can’t imagine doing anything else other than photography. It’s a joy to capture meaningful moments and create art with amazing humans from all over the world!

Your story is the most important thing to me. So I balance capturing authentic and candid photos of the celebration with crafting creative portraits that honor who you are together and as individuals. I'll document how your day felt—the joy, the jitters, the crazy party, the wild love. From the intimate to the epic, I will be fully present for you. Summer Solstice Wedding
Working with Austen was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! From the get go - my partner and I decided that having a photographer was a priority for our wedding day. Not only to allow our guests to be fully present, but also to capture moments, big and small. Of the things we decided to DIY with the help of family and friends, photography was not one. We are 100% happy we made that decision and 110% Austen was our photographer! He is a master of his craft and it shows through his storytelling. From our initial consult with Austen, to the weeks following our wedding day, he did nothing but deliver. It's already been 9 months since our wedding and I'm still struggling to sum up the experience...In short, having worked with hundreds of clients, he carries a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he generously shares. Dreamy Mountain Wedding
Austen shot our wedding up at Alta's Rustler Lodge in July 2025. He was great to work with and got us our photos back very quickly. His photos were incredible and exactly what we asked for. We wanted not only photos of us, but wanted raw reactions from everyone who attended our wedding and he truly delivered. He listened to what our priorities were and helped make our wedding the perfect day!

A Dreamboat of a Mountain Wedding Photographer!
Adventurous, creative, rad, and oh so fabulous. Austen Diamond Photography was an absolute dreamboat for our mountain wedding!! ️ My now husband and I are hikers, skiers, and love the outdoors. When we saw Austen’s portfolio, we were beyond excited to meet with him. Once we met with him, we knew he was the guy for the job!! As an adventurous duo, we were very inspired by Austen’s heart for travel and epic photos of his own journey as well as his ability to capture others moments so authentically. We wanted to relive the day in a way that didn’t feel staged, but felt like moments of our wedding and our loved ones were captured candidly so we could feel the love we felt that day for a lifetime! Austen did just that, with what felt like a picture of every single guest in one moment or another. We saw so many special memories in his photos that we are so thrilled to have! We also had some sentimental items that we wanted to have photographed and he managed to create a very special in-person moment that honored my father’s memory and I am forever grateful to look back on that photo. We had both Austen and his wife, Kylie, for our wedding day coverage and they were such a fantastic team! Kylie brought the warmest energy to the day and even helped fix my dress when it was slipping before the ceremony. With the two of them there they were able to photograph every aspect of the wedding day, including guests coming up the ski lift, getting ready photos, mountaintop ceremony, indoor reception (with somehow flawless photos in a dim lit room), etc. The sheer volume of excellent photos is a testament to their great skills and partnership! Austen’s communication was spot on. He kept us in the loop leading up to the day, coordinated very well with our wedding planner and videographer, and was very communicative after the day! Not to mention, he’s down to earth while simultaneously being as cool as they come. What a stellar combo. Thank you Austen for being such a huge part of our special day! Cheers.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.

Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 2-3 weeks after your wedding. This is much faster than the average turnaround time in the industry!

You can expect about 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In my 10 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted shooter.

My clients have said that my wedding photography is authentic, creative, and playful. I’d also add that I’m a romantic at heart and it comes across in my photos. I edit in a style that is timeless, clean, and punchy. All this said, my top priority is to capture moments, create portraits, and deliver images to show how the day felt.

I will make sure that we’re going to be an excellent fit, that you can put your trust in me, and that I create a personalized experience just for you. Secondly, I’m like a Jedi with light. Seriously. It makes images sing, dance, and have that “wow” effect. My command of light has taken years of professional growth. I want to make sure your photos look consistently awesome from the beginning of the day through the end of the night Lastly, I strike the delicate balance between an assertive cinematographer and a discreet photo ninja. Bonus: I’m pretty funny. And I promise your moms are going to love me.
