I describe my style as classic portraiture mixed with documentary-style storytelling but with a focus on photographing the absolute JOY of your wedding day. I am located in Colorado Springs, but I am willing to travel to photograph your big day. I have photographed dimly-lit churches, ceremonies in bright sun, and candlelit weddings and am confident working in any environment.

Working with all types of people comes naturally to me, as a former teacher and a person who has friends of different ages, stages in life, and backgrounds. I can get a camera-shy groom to warm up for a photo, an energetic toddler to stand still, and a stiff parent to flash a natural smile. With confidence and a calm steadiness, I put people at ease. Your day will go smoothly as I make myself available to step in and assist and flex with the needs of the day.     All around excellent!

    Overall, we had an excellent experience working with Abby and we are very pleased with the outcome of our wedding photos! Abby is professional, kind and attune to details while also relaxed, calm and easy going---an excellent balance. Her presence is friendly and calming, and every couple can use a calming presence on their wedding day. Abby met with my fiancé & I prior to the wedding to discuss our timeline for the day and the specifics of what photos were important to us. By meeting with us ahead of time and asking good questions, Abby understood our hopes for our wedding day and captured excellent photos of the moments, people, and things we value most. I would definitely recommend Abby to anyone looking for a kind, professional, calm, affordable photographer. The quality of the photos we received from Abby are excellent. We have no complaints and are very grateful for her skill, expertise, kindness, and attention to detail!

    Highly recommend!!

    Abby is amazing!! She shot for both our engagement pics and our wedding pics and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out.     Best wedding photographer ever!! 10/10

    Abby is incredibly talented and very professional! She has amazing communication and is super easy to work with! Our engagement photoshoot and our wedding photos were beyond what we had hoped for. Abby brings such a fun energy and makes the entire experience fun and stress-free.
