Since I began my career in makeup artistry, I have honed my skills and knowledge to provide the best possible services to my clients. As a veteran makeup artist, I take the time to understand each client's needs and preferences, providing individualized makeup recommendations that cater to their unique features and styles. Whether it's for editorial shoots, bridal looks, or avant-garde creations, I draw from a rich tapestry of global inspirations to craft makeup designs that resonate on a personal level.

Having collaborated on many diverse projects, my personal experience in the fashion industry has been deeply enhanced. I have gained extensive knowledge about photography, directing and lighting and I also have developed a substantial skill in wardrobe styling and hair creations. These experiences have helped me to become a more complete makeup artist. Additionally, having the opportunity to travel the world as a free-lance makeup artist, has given me the opportunity to explore and broaden my creativity and enhance my understanding of the influence and diversity of different cultures.

Highly Skilled Professional Who Cares!
I truly could not have been happier with my wedding makeup, working with Annaliza and the MakeYourselfUp team was one of the best decisions I made for my big day. I was initially worried about looking too “caked on” or overly done, especially around the eyes, but she completely understood my concerns. During our trial, she took the time to listen, adjust, and collaborate with me until we created a look that felt like the most beautiful version of myself. On the wedding day, she arrived early, calm, and fully prepared, which made the entire experience feel so seamless and stress-free. She recreated my look perfectly, and I didn’t need to change a single thing. My makeup lasted all day and night, it looked just as flawless at the end of the celebration as it did when I first walked down the aisle. She also created a stunning look for my Maid of Honor and my mom, and her team also took care of my bridesmaids and everyone in my entourage with such incredible skill and care. Each person looked stunning, and everything came together so beautifully. I’m beyond grateful for her talent, professionalism, and the care of her entire team. Perfection!
Annaliza did an amazing job at my wedding! I had a 3-day event, and she did my hair and makeup for all of those days. She is a perfectionist who really takes the time to make sure she does everything with precise attention to detail. She also really understands colors and how to mix and match to capture the look you want. As a South Asian bride, I also required draping, which she does really well. Highly recommend her! She can save the day without breaking the bank
Annaliza is absolutely the best. My skin has scarring and some texture. It was actually irritated the day of, but Annaliza is a superstar! My photos look so perfect. I don't photograph well, but I really think it was the makeup that made me look amazing from every angle! I have cropped my photo for anonymity, but still wanted to post something to show how amazing she made me look! She gave me everything I asked for, changed what I needed when it wasn't what I was looking for, and all for such an amazing price. I would recommend her to everyone, and I will be using her for my next event!

The Artist You Want on Your Biggest Day
I’ve never felt so beautiful in my entire life until my wedding day — and that’s because of Annaliza. What impressed me most wasn’t just the final look (which was breathtaking), but her character and professionalism. She was actually supposed to fly out for a business trip the afternoon of my wedding day, and she still made the effort to squeeze me in that same morning. And here’s the thing: her work never felt rushed. Not even for a second. She was calm, focused, and fully present — like my wedding was the only thing on her schedule.
