We’ve got a passion for beauty and absolutely love what we do, we’re blessed to be able to have this gift and utilize it together with a combined 50+ years of experience. Would NOT reccomend. Bailed& bad communication.
To start I signed a contract in May- for wedding in November. 2025 The cost included 2 girls for hair and make up and and 400 travel fee- don’t know why i paid for a travel fee when NONE of the girls from this business came for all i know i was duped out of the 400. I was supposed to have my trial make up done for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding day (this was due to them being located in new braunfels over 2hr drive from me). On Wednesday 3DAYS BEFORE trial make up i get a text saying the girl was supposed to do my trial couldnt make it due to “ unforeseen childcare circumstances” - which entailed someones husband having surgery & him not being able to watch their child -why anyone wouldnt have prepared childcare after a literal procedure beyond me but i tried to be understanding and state as long as someone is available to do my rehearsal make up & wedding then if the other girl cant come its not an issue (again because i was forced to hire 2girls for hair and make up i thought that meant 1 could still do my trial make up) which i clearly emphasized in text. Somehow that was “misunderstood” by the Dellexo and day of rehearsal dinner when i reach out I get a call to advise no one would be coming but promised they would be there the following day for my wedding. ***Day of wedding the girls who came to do hair and make up DONT EVEN WORK FOR HER. They advised at 8pm the NIGHT BEFORE my wedding their boss got a call from the owner of Dellexo asking if they had someone who could show up to my wedding because she didn’t have anyone! Not only did she screw me out of rehearsal dinner she essentially left my WEDDING DAY MAKE UP as a toss up.

While I hope you can understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and the failure to provide agreed-upon services (the trial makeup) is frustrating, the health of our loved ones is our utmost priority. We communicated as soon as we became aware of the information and are extremely grateful that your artist still prioritized your wedding during her family emergency. We do not outsource our artist at Dellexo Artistry. Our professionals who attend any bride’s wedding day represent Dellexo Artistry, and your artist was scheduled months in advance so your travel investment did get utilized for its intended use. I, the owner, can assure you that I did not contact anyone to fill your wedding day last minute or leave it uncertain as I understand that this day is incredibly important, and I apologize that your expectations fell short. We always strive for a smooth and transparent experience with our brides. We still hope that you had a dreamy wedding day, as you and the ladies looked stunning and we thank you for being great company!

Beautiful Wedding Makeup That Lasted All Day
Dellexo Artistry was absolutely amazing to have as my makeup artist for my wedding day. Danielle’s communication style was incredible she answered all of my questions and was so responsive and attentive throughout the entire process.The quality of Danielle’s work was so beautiful, and I felt very comfortable having her do my makeup and my bridesmaids’ as well. She talked with us the whole time, and it felt like we already knew each other never awkward at all. made me feel amazing as a bride, and my bridesmaids looked gorgeous too. She truly was the best makeup artist, and I definitely recommend her. She helped me choose the right products and made all of my girls feel confident and beautiful.

Awesome Service Provided!
I can't recommend Dellexo Artistry enough! They were perfect the beginning to end. Magdy was the artist who did both my bridal hair and makeup and she was so amazing and paid such great attention to detail. My hair is stick straight and sleek, and I often have trouble getting it to hold, as soon as I notifying Magdy of that she MADE SURE my hair kept hold the entire night, which it definitely did (even into the next morning LOL). Magdy was so easy to talk to, the final outcome on the big day showed how well she listened to what I wanted and I am so, so grateful! The entire team at Dellexo is extremely sweet, always maintained good communication, and made sure that my hair and makeup was not yet another thing for me to stress about on the big day.

Absolutely obsessed
Dellexo Artistry was absolutely incredible to work with for my wedding day! Their communication was very good and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The quality of their work was stunning - Danielle did an amazing job on our makeup, making us feel like our absolute best self, and Esme's hairstyling skills had all of us looking amazing. They were such a fun and hype pair to have present on my wedding day, and always matched the vibe. I cannot recommend Dellexo Artistry enough - they truly helped make my special day perfect!
