    Deposit paid- services not received. Was ghosted

    We booked Northern Sola Luv in 2025 and paid a 1000 deposit for flowers to be delivered on March 1, 2026. Starting in March, I tried reaching out through email, phone calls, and messages but received nothing back. The florist never showed up and has completely ghosted us. We have no idea what happened to our deposit or our order. This feels like a scam, and our credit card company won't help since the charge happened over 90 days ago. Do not use this florist.
