About Essen Events
Hailey Rose
Essen Events is an award winning Event Production business in the Twin Cities. We offer floral design, event design, and multiple wedding planning packages. We take pride in our clients, and specialize in telling your love story through the design for your event.
Every wedding and event is unique, so we offer three basic planning packages: day-of coordination, partial planning, and full-service planning. While these three packages cover most things, we know that a lot of things go into making a wedding special. We also offer custom wedding packages, to ensure that all of your needs are covered. Every wedding that we design floral for is custom. Our pricing is based upon the following: guest count, wedding party size, seasonality, types of blooms, size and scale. We do not currently have a set minimum. On average, our clients floral design starts at $2,000.

Essen Events is THE TOTAL PACKAGE
I had the pleasure of working with Hailey Barrett from Essen Events as both my wedding planner and my florist. I chose the partial planning package - it was the perfect fit for what I was looking for (I needed design guidance and industry expertise, but also wanted to have a part in the planning process). AND let me tell you .... I could NOT be happier with how our wedding went. From the moment my husband and I met Hailey, we felt at ease with Hailey's energy - she's such an expert and a professional, but she is also SO easy to chat with and just be around (even when I was a little stressed girlie). I explored a few options for a wedding planner, and what set Hailey apart for me was her genuine passion for the couples she works with. She has a sparkle and an excitement for what she does, and she helped make my CRAZY dreams come true (like the INSANELY GORGEOUS FLORAL INSTALLATION that we repurposed as a centerpiece for our dancefloor!!! LIKE WHAT?!). Before finding Essen Events, I was really worried about how I would make my pinterest board of dreams into a reality. Hailey took my ideas from pinterest and asked about some of our desires for the day and made a design plan that we could execute from all of my SCATTERED ideas. That's true talent!! It was so comforting to see how we could achieve the look I wanted. Hailey and her team are not JUST wedding planners and florists - they are ARTISTS, they are KIND, they are your HYPE GIRLS, they are the right choice for your wedding if you're looking to be surrounded by gorgeous vibes and wonderful people. They not only are amazingly talented in both the planning and floral realms but are also extremely organized, communicative, professional, and FUN! Hailey was truly amazing to work with. I was fortunate enough to work with her on our floral arrangements and she handled all the day of coordination as well. From the minute I met Hailey I knew I would be able to put my complete trust in her and when I walked into our venue she had blown away any expectations I had. From the ease or working with her to the beautiful end result there’s no one else that I would ever suggest. I am so fortunate that I had Hailey behind the scenes making my wedding day everything I could have dreamed of!

The best!
Essen is easily the best choice for your wedding. Hailey walked with us through the entire planning process: suggesting vendors, offering her opinions and making our Pinterest boards a reality. She held our wedding day vision in high regard and used her incredible eye for design to transform that vision into a real space. She has extensive experience within the industry and knows how to run big weddings, small weddings and weddings with nontraditional schedules. Without Hailey, I would have been running around on our wedding day, making sure everything was in place. Instead, she solved every problem before I realized it could be an issue, letting me enjoy the day without a worry. We had a nontraditional schedule for our wedding day with two receptions right after one another and Hailey had absolutely no problem making that work. She connected with each of our vendors and made sure they were all on the same page so the day went seamlessly. Hailey did an amazing job on our florals too! Our bouquets were absolutely breathtaking and the greenery installation and other florals at our reception really tied the whole look together. At our planning meetings, she took meticulous notes so she could understand what we wanted and the end result was more beautiful than I could have imagined. In short, Hailey listens to what you want and makes it happen.
