I offer charming & delicate watercolor portraits of your loved ones live at your wedding, as well as romantic paintings of your venue to capture the setting of your day. I also offer post guest or venue paintings to send with your thank yous. With decades of experience as a fine artist, I capture personality, & subtle details in a gentle & charming style your guests will treasure. My painting table becomes a warm, interactive experience that honors every person I paint. I truly love creating something that makes people smile and feel special.

As fine artist for most of my life, I become part of the celebration, observing style, and heartfelt interactions so that your wedding guests have a delicate, charming watercolor portrait. My goal is not just to create beautiful keepsakes, but to help guests feel seen, celebrated, and genuinely appreciated. The Painted Guest also offers post wedding guest painting and venue paintings. With your photos, I can create a heart-felt thank you to give to your wedding guests as a gift you enclose with your note. Post wedding portraits are budget friendly but still offer something rich and cherished of your special day.

Description

How wonderful would it be to thank your wedding guests with an original watercolor portrait keepsake? I offer post wedding paintings which can be more budget friendly than my being at your reception. How does it work? You send photographs of those you’d like painted and I create a lovely portrait you can enclose with your thank you notes! All are packaged with your wedding date and sent to you to be distributed by you when you;re ready.

    Our guests loved this!

    Having Angelique from The Painted Bouquet as our live guest painter was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We initially booked her for florals, but when she shared her Painted Guest service, it sounded so unique that we couldn’t resist and I’m so grateful we didn’t. Our guests who came from so far away were curious from the moment they walked in so we felt we were giving them a true gift. It became this beautiful, social moment but a keepsake as well The portraits themselves were stunning. Not rushed but sweet and well done! Each guest left with something meaningful. We even framed ours. If you want your guests to feel seen, cherished, and part of your party you need Angelique there. Our wedding felt fun, intimate, and deeply personal because of her. I can’t recommend her enough!!

    so unique!

    Angelia was such a cool addition to our wedding. People kept going over to watch her paint, and it ended up being one of the main things everyone talked about. She was super friendly, made everyone feel comfortable, and the portraits turned out amazing—soft, pretty, and actually flattering. A lot of our guests said it was the best favor they’ve ever gotten at a wedding. We loved that it gave people something fun to do during cocktail hour and it never felt pushy or awkward.     Amazing Guest Portraits!

    Seriously the Best Wedding Detail

    TOTAL HIT! I wasn’t totally sure how live painting would go, but it ended up being the thing everyone was obsessed with. She was friendly, calm, and made each person feel special while she painted. The portraits were gorgeous and surprisingly accurate in a very soft, artistic way. We loved seeing our friends show off their paintings and take photos with her. It gave the reception something interactive that didn’t feel cheesy or loud—just classy and personal. I’d 100% book The Painted Guest again.
