Located in the heart of Center City, we offer both offsite catering & our restaurant space to host your event. We work with you to create a personalized experience just like you envisioned. Our catering packages & menu have been thoughtfully crafted for any audience, so that whatever you select, you can be confident that it will be prepared to perfection with attention to every detail. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

Veda offers a wide range of menu options & customized event packages that fit different tastes, preferences, and dietary restrictions. Our restaurant space is available to rent partially & fully at no additional charge. We provide Vegan, Vegetarian, & Gluten-Free options, and all of our meat is Halal. Our culinary team will also adjust the spice level in your food based on your preference. We look forward to working with you to create an unforgettable feast!

Excellent food and friendly support
We hired Veda - Modern Indian Bistro to co-cater our wedding alongside another caterer, and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The team was open and flexible about coordinating with our second caterer, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their supportive approach to customer service—they answered our questions promptly and made us feel heard throughout the planning process. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the Indian dishes. Many of our tentative guests dug into the Indian food - some for the very first time! Veda made our special day feel even more special. We'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a caterer who's both talented and genuinely easy to work with.

Hosted rehearsal dinner
If you want to host a festive meal at an Indian restaurant in Philadelphia, look no further than Veda - Modern Indian Bistro. We just hosted a rehearsal dinner for about 40 guests and we’re very pleased with the results. Kiran, the Assistant General Manager, was professional, yet she had that personal touch. She took care of all the menu details and paid extra special attention to those with food allergies, who later said no other restaurant, especially with such a large crowd, has been so careful with their dietary needs. Veda has a fabulous drinks menu that helped set the tone for a convivial get together. The space we used had a discreet and pretty curtain to separate our crowd from the general public at the restaurant. The staff was attentive and took great care of us. Thank you Kiran and Veda staff for helping us celebrate a great evening!
