Owner and Head Chef

Twelve 31 opened as a catering company in 2018. Our owner and Chef, Melissa Dolpies, spent more than twenty years in the food industry before starting Twelve 31. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area. Twelve 31 has been catering events all over New Hampshire since 2018.

Melissa's attention to detail and and talent in the kitchen along with her husband, Michael's, dedication to always being there for Twelve 31 clients creates an experience from start to finish where clients feel special and important. Our dedicated staff truly enjoy working at weddings and spending their days with our happy clients.

    Tasty Food and Great Service

    I went to an event as a guest at a Lake side catering event that Twelve 31 Events prepared food for last Summer. It was a perfect day and the food that they made was fabulous. The team members that brought the food were very courteous, professional and the food itself was delicious. Everyone loved the food and would definitely recommend these guys for your event.

    Smooth from start to finish.

    Twelve 31 catered my wedding in 2024 at our family’s lake house. From beginning to end everything went well. We did a combination of displayed and passed apps and then chose the taco bar. Guests raved about all the food. Along the way while planning whenever we had a question they always replied fast.
