Meet Chesley, the owner/creator of Say Cheese GR. Chesley launched this business on April 18th, 2020 on a whim in the middle of the pandemic after being furloughed from her corporate sales job. When she realized how much time corporate America was keeping her from her 3-year-old daughter, she decided that she did not want to return. This came just 2 short months after launching Say Cheese GR, which completely exceeded her expectations.
With an extensive history of working in the restaurant industry, Chesley has always had a passion for not only food, but for making food look pretty. While taste is important (and yes these boards are just as good as they look), presentation truly is everything.

Say Cheese GR, LLC was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding catering. From our very first interaction, their communication was quick, kind, and thorough, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was executed beautifully. The food they provided was not only delicious, but the presentation was truly stunning - our guests are still raving about the incredible charcuterie spread they set up for our cocktail hour! We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience, and we highly recommend Say Cheese GR to any couple planning their special day.

Amazing to look at & eat!!
I had a large board for my bridal shower and for my cocktail hour at my wedding..hands down AMAZING. First off, it was so beautiful to look at and it tasted amazing. The colors of food on the boards coordinated with my wedding colors and it came together so perfectly. Would def recommend for your special day!!
