Lucian’s Flame is a Neapolitan style Wood-Fired Pizza Trailer. We handcraft artisan pizzas with some of Italy’s finest ingredients such as flour, tomatoes and salt! We also source locally, including herbs, meats, and cheeses. Our personal pizzas are made to order and freshly baked in our Italian made wood-fired pizza oven. This is a dream come true to be a mobile and serving our favorite food, PIZZA! We look forward to serving you our specialty pizzas!

Pizza IS our love language! As a couple ourselves, we have combined 25 years in the hospitality industry. We love to create specialty pizzas for a personalized touch. We provide exceptional, reliable customer service that make an impact for you and your guests in the best way!

    Best Food Truck in the Triad!

    We loved having Lucian's Flame at our event. Joe and Valerie are so communicative and full of passion for all things pizza and making your experience memorable. The food is delicious, the truck has a fun aesthetic that looked great in photos too. We plan on using them for future events.

    Anniversary Pizza Event

    My wife and I held a 30-year wedding anniversary and requested Lucian's Flame to provide the food. They were prompt and well prepared to cater the pizzas we requested for the occasion. It was a pleasure to see such enthusiasm and eagerness to provide service to our guests. Our family is second generation Italian and place high standards on our food, especially pizza. The authenticity of the product they served was the highlight of conversation during our event. We would strongly recommend their pizza for any occasion.
